Hello! The secondary menu on mobile devices is placed within the main menu to avoid layout problems. On mobile devices, though, the secondary menu above the nav-bar is simply hidden, so you could also try to add some custom CSS to get the solution you prefer, even if it could be create some problems with particular menus (sticky menu for instance).

Hello, due to domain change of the a website I’ve deregistered Uncode from a website on the old domain and installed on the new one but after activation attempt still it says the I’ve exceeded the maximum number of activations. The video shows the different methods, if you only need 1 layout you can also delete all (there are some dedicated free plugins like WP Reset) and import just the layout you need (with relative portfolio and blog elements). Hello, I want to use a contact form inside the quick view pop-up but after submited the page returns a blank page with “0”. Is there a work around?
Hi Maxim1985! No at the moment, the new Quick-View is not designed to work with forms, or better the Contact Form 7 is not natively designed to work within Ajax loaded scenarios.

Hi jaytfl! Just for your information, this is by no means a simple task nowadays. Years ago this was also part of Uncode but it was removed, in fact, since these features take the IP of the user who applies the like to do unless I can put the like several times, and the IP is from today’s regulations a sensitive data, before you can use a function you should ask permission from the user. For these reasons, this function has not been part of Uncode for years now.

After updating the theme to latest version, somehow the Post module> Blocks > Mouse Move option is gone. Why is that? It used to be under Image Animation.

yes, you’re right, unfortunately Chrome doesn’t support that particular animation anymore, we are looking for a different solution, but at the moment we had no other alternative but to deactivate it, also hoping that Chrome will reintegrate the previous logic.

I am interested in whether your template offers the possibility of a login area. At the moment we use a wordpress theme with a login area for our customers, where every customer sees different content. This is possible while using the plugin “User Access Manager”. It works like this: We can ad user groups with assigned content and assign customers to them. That’s to make sure every customer only sees relevant content to them (like PDF files and links to sites). In fact every customer lands after login on the same site but they all see only the specific assigned contend. Furthermore, customers cannot sign up themselves. We create a login using the above mentioned plugin and send it to them. Do you know if there is a plugin what’s compatible with your template? Or can we achieve the same result in another way? The funktionality dosn’t has to be the same with your template but it would be greate if we can build up the same outcome.

1. If you use a custom shop layout (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011216018), you can have all products cropped to 16:9. Obviously, the single product is a bit different since WooCommerce honors the upload size (unless you use a custom layout also here (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/360011205078).
2. Really not sure to understand but if you upload a 16:9, this will be not cropped anymore.

Hi there, everything on my site was 100% for over a year but now the slideshow images appear extremely pixellated. All plugins are updated. My developer is now unable to set the proper setting for images. If we set good quality for slider images, then it causes issues with client portfolio logo images. 1. Fading featured image transition
2. Sliding titles transition
3. Overflowing titles (prev/next titles visible)
4. Fading featured image transition even when you manually slide to the next slide

It seems that you have not given the internal CSS of any icon a different ID, so basically they are the color of the last icon. If you can send a link to this page I can show you.

you can define the “Main portfolio” string from “Theme Options -> Portfolio -> Navigation”, but “Next” and “Previous” are generic terms and are included in the code and translated by a file included in Uncode for Polish sites, kindly shared by a user of Uncode.
