Activate theme copy not working. When I put in code and an email nothing happens. I’ve been trying for hours. URGENT ! I’ve submitted a ticket also with no reply.

i bought the theme few days ago and originally thought i would use it for one of the domains i have but decided against it. I forgot about registration of the license and deleted my WP installation from the original site. I need to release license from that site so i can use it for the different url instead. How can I do that

The theme isn’t visible on safari when the solene core plugin is active. When I deactivate the required plugin, coding appears. I also had an issue with the portfolio section (I sent a message two days ago with no reply) I was able to delete and build this section myself which defeats the purpose of a purchasing the theme.

hello! I’d like to install your theme on my other subdomain to diversify 2 different types of my photography portfolio. While trying to register the theme I receive a message “Code is already registered for other domain”. It’s used on children.olipoli.com subdomain – and I’m trying to use it on portrait.olipoli.com. What To Do When The Mobile Menu Dropdown Is Not Working ? Seems that this issue has not been solved yet. ” We are planning to roll out a fix for this issue in future updates.” Your Version 2.2.1 – October 13th, 2020 did not solved the issue. Android and Iphones does not show the the 3 small lines.

After installing the theme I find myself already included Elementor and can I use it completely on the whole theme without having to resort to WpBakery? Have the problems I read about installation and Instagram been solved?

Thanks for writing in! Please note that the theme can be used with Elementor as well.

Native import method comes with WPBakery, so when you run import tool you will get WPBakery content, however, you can switch to Elementor and use it instead, all the same, shortcodes are included as well and you will be able to create your content using Elementor and our themes shortcodes.

When it comes to Instagram this has been resolved and an update released already.

Bought this lovely theme, but it has lost its home page formatting (2-portfolio columns display) on a simple image replace, using WPBakery editor. No settings were changed, only pictures substituted.

I don’t think it truly works with this editor. Anyone else experience this?

We do see that your images has the size of 2028 × 2560px original size, so please try to add those images with the same size in our demo which are 800 × 979px. We do see that you are mentioning that you have done this, but please try it out once again so we can check this.

Also do see that you have changed the padding for the Portfolio masonry gallery, and the original one would be 190px 7% 0px 0px within the single Portfolio page, as you can see on our screenshot here.

Hi – I know there’s been a delay here…

but I’ve tried and gotten all the picture sizes down to the required 800×979px… you were right, they were not the right size… yet I’ve done this and cannot get it to respond to look like the demo.

You can try to reduce the height of the Header in Solene Options > Header and set it to 90px instead.

Also you can always add this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

.eltdf-page-header .eltdf-menu-area {
    height: 90px;
}

Hi! I would like to ask about plugin compatibility with this theme. If I purchase the theme I would use WP Rocket for speed optimization website, plugins for security, Smush Plugin to compress some photos, Typing Effect Plugin and some for marketing. Is the theme compatible with the most of the plugins? Loading speed is very important for the site I would make from this as well as the speed update when making changes as I had a bad experience with that unfortunately. Thanks in advance!

Well all of those plugins are third party plugins and please understand that we can’t guaranty compatibility with those plugins since they have not been tested with our theme. You can always test this on your end for sure.
