Simply create a new page and use Porto Studio and Import that Blog 2 Home Page using Porto Studion on your site newly create the page, not go to WP-dashboard >> Setting >> Reading and set that page as Blog page from there, save changes and check back your site after removing the browser cache. It will become your site Blog page and will not harm any of the other pages of your site.

We are searching for a theme that is very flexible and customizable in the Woocommerce settings. Your theme really appealed to us but we would like to know if the following is possible (this could be the dealbreaker):
We would like to customize the Woocommerce category pages. We would like to have a section above each woocommerce category page where we can put the benefits of buying through us, some text and 2 image carousels and this should be different for each category. Under this section, the Woocommerce products should be visible with a sidebar (or top bar) with the filter options. But we have to keep all of the Woocommerce filter options (attributes) intact.
Is this possible within your theme or do you have other options or ideas to accomplish this (plugins/code?).

Yes, It is possible with Porto WordPress Theme.
You have to go to WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and create a new Block and name it as per your requirements and add your Custom Content/Slider/Carousel in the particular block.
Then go to WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Categories and finds and edit the particular Category page, after editing the Product Cateogy page, scroll below you will find view options and in view options, you will find some options given below:
*. Content Top
*. Content Inner Top
*. Content Inner Bottom
*. Content Bottom
Just paste that block slug name in anyone and save changes and finally check your site shop page after removing the browser cache.

I am facing problem for Minicart updation . It is not getting updated specially in case of single product page. My ticket number is #105916.
We have tried deactivating additional plugin except woocommerce. Still problem is there.
Even i have found in theme change log of Version 5.4.0 (Jun 26th.2020) - Fixed: Mini cart not working fine on single product page when customer add the product to the cart, remove it from the mini cart and add to cart again.
This is what i am facing right now. From above log it is mostly clear that issue is from theme side. I have given detailed mail to support team yesterday, yet i have not received any response.
Please help me to solve this issue at earliest as we are near of deadline to make site live.

Can you please make sure that also updated the WP Bakery plugin as well? And if yes also please make sure that you also updated the Dokan plugin as well if you are using it and it will solve your issue.
Othrwise, deactivate all the third party plugins and check back after remvoing the server, site and browser cache.
And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 11/04/2018. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

That Newsletter Popup has been made using Blocks and then that Block has been used on Home Page using the Modal Box element, so I think there is some sort of error occurs on your site while Importing the Demo content and that is the reason it is not on your site.
Please contact us via our support system with your site WP-Admin Login details so that we will check and set it for you on your site.

This is just the loading issue and also you can see that the Demo you are using has the Slider behind the header, so Elementor is getting confused that whether you are trying to edit the Menu or slider, so instead of clicking the Row/Column icon, right-click on the slider and you will find the section to change the image, please watch the below-given video and also try to check your site on faster internet and removing the server, site and browser cache.
