earlier you said you will fix the OptionTree Plugin which is currently showing this option – https://prnt.sc/vfpwqd and when you by mistake clicked on this option the whole database will be deleted and you will lose everything. Why didn’t you fixed this problem. My Support has been expired but as this issue is not related to any custom code (I do not have any customization) . This is a plugin bug and need to be fixed. I can not risk my entire site lose everything just because of this issue. Fix this in my site.. Tell me how to send you my login details so that you can fix this.

Hello, I am looking to purchase this theme but I have this one question.
For example, I am a customer and I buy a hotel and I pay $500 to the owner of the website. Now the website owner, will pay the amount of $100 to the hotel and said the remaining will be paid later.
Now the $400 is unpaid. Now do you have such a system in the theme that I can see how much money is left?

Its seem that you are mentioned between admin & partner function, please let us have detail explanation for you here:
For example the hotel price is 500$, customer need to pay total price or a part of total price (depend on the hotel policy).
All of payment will be process to admin account (not partner), the system will have dashboard for admin, partner to check all the booking.
Partner can able to sent the Withdrawal request which included partner earning amount to admin then admin will process the payment for each partner.

About the sync with others booking systems like booking.com can you resolve me a query: This sync allows us to block some days on the website that have been already reservated on that platforms? I mean, if a costumer had reserved his stay on booking.com or airbnb to, (for example) 12 – 14 of november, automatically these days will be disable to select over the same room on ower website using your theme? We only have to do that sync once or every time that a room is reserved on the others platforms?
And a last question, or may i say a problem: When i’m trying to do a testing reserve on the Hotel Demo, the checkout’s page shows me broken and i can’t write all the personal data or even see the payments available. See a screenshot bellow: https://prnt.sc/vgeq1q

We have only one this option “Bank transfer” which can able to note as pay on arrival so mean there are actually one option not 2 options as you said.
Unfortunately, we do not support sync data between our Theme and other OTA system. For affiliate, we support the search form in Traveler Theme only, the booking and payment option will be manage by these api system.
There is no problem on our Theme so do not worry for this please, for demo we do not support customer to make the payment, i will double check with our team for the demo and is there any error we will update those.

I’m sorry but i’m a little confused about the sync topic, i’m asking for your patiene once again. Let me ask you, when you say in your Theme’s description: – Support many major OTA Calendar syncs ( ICal ) like Google Calendar, TripAdvisor Calendar, Airbnb Calendar, HomeAway Calendar.
How does it work?
And the other thing, i really would like to have both options active for my clients, so that they can also choose between “Bank transfer” (in this option i don’t have to pay any commission for receiving payments online) or Pay on arrival (this is also important because many clients will prefer to do this). If a buy your theme can you help me duplicate this option if is not a problem to you? Or can you say me if there’s an extra cost.

Extra question please: Can i disable some days manually on the room’s calendar? I mean, if a client reserve by phone, for example, a room for certain days, obviously i can’t offer that room on my web for that days because i could have a overbooking, so… if i can’t offer a reserve can i disable some days manually? Sure you can disable Instant booking in Hotel service, we have support this option as well.
Please access to Rooms -> Edit rooms -> General -> Booking option then you select “Inquiry Form” as booking option.

The Room option is belong to Hotel service, so that while you turn off in Room mean the Hotel which have this assigned room will be apply.

Thank you for your detail question and really sorry to you that our Theme do not support function for this request.
Room is default service which required for Hotel already, so at least you need to add some room (maybe just the name is fine) then the Hotel will appear and search.
Or you may need to custom css to remove rooms features. The booking option you can select on “Inquiry Form” while you create a room.

Hi, one year ago I asked about the possibility of using hourly booking on hotels (the answer was no). Have there been any update on it? I’m currently using another theme with the possibility of hourly booking but i’ve always been amazed by how well designed Traveler is. Thank you. If not, is there a plan to add it?

We have checked with our Dev team and received the answer that there is something fixed in code with price by night in Theme from beginning already.
So that there is difficult thing which they cannot update this function in Theme yet. However, they will take a look with this and find out the way to update in Theme.

Hello, i am developing an app, and planning to connect with a theme, I´m between two options, one is your theme. However I need two specific options that I want to know if your theme have it. 1. I need that the client are able to navigate the photos in the results list of hotels (like air bn) so they can decide if they click to enter to the specific hotel or not. 2. When in half map search, I need that when the client mouseover every hotel, the mas moves and highlight the location pin of the mouseover hotel (like in wp rentals theme) Can you please help me with this two options? Hi – I bought your theme, and now struggling !! The modern style didn’t have the basic needs of any website, this been removed, what’s the solution ? I raised support ticket (Ticket ID: 15757) and the answer was referring me to link to read about removing all these important features without any advise and what to do to replace it .. when i changed to classic style the whole site get damaged !! And the remaining 3 issues in the ticket was ignored !! so what should i do now with the most important feature been removed ? Thanks Haytham

I install travel mix theme my www.mytripgo.net site after admin access I see below notification
1.OptionTree has outdated data that should be removed. Please go to OptionTree Cleanup for more information.
2.Partner unable to upload any new hotel/tour/rental etc module picture and continue button not working.
3. Partner membership package not check out
4. Partner membership package registration captcha not visible
5.server time web site ip blocked when partner login
6. Admin panel partner verification not working, travel certification and identify photo option verification tick not available and we are unable to verify any partner.
7. If any new partner register our website then partner can able to see hotel/tour/rental/car all module after 10-20 hours later.
8. I properly deploy ssl security but our site multiple time show not secure and site redirects too many time and most of time website goes down due to too many redirects

I purchased https://travelerwp.com/ theme recently I deployed the theme to our new domain https://www.mytripgo.net we face lots of major errors.
Please see below error for travel theme (www.mytripgo.net)
Partner Module Error 1. If Any New Partner Sign up www.mytripgo.net then partner dashboard Hotel/Tour/Activity/Rentals/Car/Car Rentals/Flight module show after 6-20 hours later. 2.Partner try to create new Hotel/Rooms/Tour/Activity/Rentals/Car/Car Rentals/Flight then No Picture can’t be uploaded if partner try to upload any picture then upload option not clickable also Continue Button Not working for any new creation. 3.Partner Membership Package Purchase not working If any partner try to buy Membership Package then no purchase order are seen. 4.Partner Membership package Form footer Captcha not showing. partner can see captcha box for submission not no captcha are visible. 5.Partner Dashboard Verification option not working. 6.If a partner tries to sign out from the dashboard then sign out not working. If a partner click sign out option then it will remain sign in and nothing work. after 10-30 minutes main website ip is blocked and nothing is open. if it is real ip then block never unblock until the partner call ISP provider. 7. Many times we notice if we click on refresh button on website then error messages are seen site redirects too many times and website not opening. 8.Membership Package checkout not working
Admin Module error: 1. Maximum time we notice when serval time we try to access the main site www.mytripgo.net then one error message we notice the site redirects too many times. previously we include HTTPS and try serval way for not redirect too many times but nothing works 2. www.mytripgo.net currently installed SSL but at website open time we notice many time site automatically show not secure site and ssl lock are not visible. 3.if we try to access site admin site https://mytripgo.net/wp-admin site ip frequent time blocked and unblock 5-6 hours later. if it is real ip then we need to contact ISP for unblock ip. 4.Any New Hotel creation visible on our site 30 min to 6 hours later. 5.Admin module partner statistics we can’t verify any partner because we notice two option 1. travel certificates verification and 2) user identity verification and those two option do not offer any verification tick option. 6. for unknown reason our website ip blocked every time and unblock 4-20 hours later
finally we are now face multiple bugs kindly check and let me know what is the exact issue??
