Having an issue after update. Ironically it is the same issue I had when I first purchased this theme 6 years ago. When the transparent menubar is enabled the spacing below it does not adjust, the first item on the page is hidden behind the header. Can we get an update to fix this issue asap please.

Thanks for your theme. 1. I had the same issue as ykakagiannis recently. 2. I noticed after updating the the latest wordpress 5.4.2, if I used the content builder, it would save the content blocks if I published the page but if I saved it as draft it would not save the content blocks. Is this how it should work or is there an issue? 3. Are you looking to optimize the theme for Gutenburg and if so when, wondering if it will work with woo commerce blocks?

Hi I bought Altair theme many years ago. I never had to use their support even I bought it. The last month I experiencing problems posting on my Facebook page. When you actually post, the image is not there. There is no issues with facebook debuger. Fo r the last month I reached out to support and What I get is the run around. Everone that responded it seems that they never read my messages. Aftwer 3 weeks and after I told them to read my notes and not come back with the same questions, now NOBODY replies back to my tickets. I even created a new ticket for the same issue! Very disappointed with their support staff. Waist of money and effort! At this time, after a month, I still do not have a descent answer.

I noticed that after a few days of using the cache plug-in, the booking form from single tour page is no longer working.After pressing ‘Book Now’ the form appears, but after pressing ‘Book by email’ the form is not sent (the Javascript circle is spinning) and the whole script hangs.
I’ve tested some of the most popular cache plugins and always, sooner or later the problem appears.
Can I ask you for a hint how to avoid this problem? Maybe I can exclude the script to send the form from the cache? How to do that?

Hi Pre-sales question here. In a comment from three months ago, you mentioned that wpbakery can be used with this theme. but if you want to create a page similar to the demo site. You have to use content builder of theme. Does this mean that this site comes loaded with an alternate content builder? If so, what is it? In addition, could you use WP bakery in conjunction with the content builder of the theme? I have just built my first site using WP Bakery and that was a huge learning curve. I would dread having to learn the in’s and out’s of another content builder. Thanks
