Hi, I have newest version of this template, bud after upgrade to wordpress 5.5.X or 5.6, top mobile menu doesn’t work. Clicking is inactive and no items are showing. After wordpress downgrade back to 5.3.4 is everything ok again.. Will you resolve this bug please?

If you use a caching plugin then it could be caused by old cache. In that case you’ll need to purge cache and also delete browser cache if it persists to isolate caching.

Thank you very much! The person for who I build this website alos asked me if it was possible to pu the logo totaly on the left and the text of the menu on the right, but really to the edges of the screen instead of being normalized on the middle, would this be possible too?

Hi, same problem as some of the others since upgrading WP, my editor is no longer working and my slider has broken. I’ve downloaded the Envato Market plugin, registered the API personal token which is verified. When I click on the Theme tab, I can see the red bar indicating “update available” (currently running v2.4) trying to update to 6.2. The page the link brings me to says “The theme is at the latest version.”
Tried to generate another API key several times, still same msg when trying to update the them.

Could you make sure you have updated the plugins in notice if you have upgraded the theme. The plugins that require updating will be seen in wp-admin > Appearance > Install Plugins
If you don’t get that page then this means the plugins are up-to-date.
And if you are using a caching plugin make sure to purge cache.

I’ve solved the issue. It was my Chrome that was for some reason telling me the site was updated. I switched to Firefox and was able to update the theme through the Envato plugin, and then updated the site plugins and I’m back up and running.

I first update wp to version 5.5.3 and after that i upgrade kinetika to the latest edition. Without jquery migrate helper the site is broken. Is there a way to fix this?

Hello everyone.
We have the theme Kinetika installed on our website and it’s great. The result has been fantastic.
Lately we have seen that it does not work well. After seeing it with our hosting provider what could be done to try to solve it, they told us that the errors that are seen in the logs come from the theme. We cannot re-upload the latest version. Big images or the slider of the homepage doesn’t work. Nor can we change or upload images or do actions such as clearing the cache, among others. We have disconnected different plugins in order to find the guilty but it seems that nothing works well.
I wanted to know if you could take a look at it or give us some guidance to find a solution.

If you updated WordPress to latest then you also need to update the theme to latest. WordPress 5+ came with a lot of changes compared to the previous versions. So to match the changes we have released updates.
The smoothest way is to update the theme first, update the bundled plugins and then update WordPress last. That’s also the recommended sequence of updating WordPress. It should always be done last.
If you have already updated WordPress then you can update the theme to latest using Envato market plugin. Option 3: in this link https://envato.com/blog/install-themeforest-wordpress-theme/
Next update the plugins in notice which can be done via wp-admin > Appearance > Install Plugins.
Make sure to purge cache if you are using a caching plugin or host provided caching system. Otherwise it may still load the old files.

Hello, My support for this theme expired however, the theme seem to have broke with the latest wordpress version…
The issue seems to be related to the imaginem pagebuilder, essentially, i cannot edit any section/module (clicking the edit button does nothing) and the top section of the page builder (allowing us to add new elements) does not load.
I made sure that the theme is using the latest version (6.1) and that all theme plugins were updated to their latest versions.
There is one workaround solution which is to activate the plugin Enable jQuery Migrate Helper, when this plugin is active, the pagebuilder works without any issue. However Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin is only a temporary solution, it will stop working with WP 5.6 … Therefore, i’d like to know if you will make the necessary updates soon or if there is anything else you could do to fix the problem?

Just had a major crash with my template and according to my hosting company, it was caused by a plugin update that didn’t go well… The plugin is widget something and is required for the template to work correctly. I tried to restore my most recent backup and still nothing, I only got error messages.my website crashed and I can no longer access my Dashboard. Super happy about this situation…

The theme is broken on my site. There are no items in my media tab and the PageBuilder items and WP menus are unresponsive. When I switch to one of the WP default themes, my media tab shows all of my media and my WP options and menus are responsive. I have had this theme on my site for years and had no issues until now. Right now what has happened is updating to WordPress 5.5 without updating anything else has caused problems.
Updating of WordPress 5.5 should be done last after updating the theme and plugins. We understand that it may have been autoupdated by the webhost.
If you already updated WordPress 5.5 without updating the theme then you’ll need to activate the plugin in following link which was made by WordPress and launched with WordPress 5.5. Install and activate jquery migrate helper plugin first.
The plugin will give notices but it acts as a migratory function if you updated WordPress to 5.5 first while keeping everything else old.
So install the migrate helper plugin. You can ignore the notices since it is for the older theme version.
Next update the theme and then update the required plugins in notice. This is an important step.
After everything is updated you can disable the migrate plugin. Do make sure that the theme as well as the plugins are updated.
If you can’t update from Envato Market thumbnail then goto wp-admin > Appearance > Themes Click on Theme screenshot and you should get the option to update from there aswell.
Could you try this and let us know.

Hi, before buying, I have a question about the Carousel option in the demo. Is there an option to have the photo not expanded when clicked? In the Fotorama Fit option, when you click on a photo, it advances to the next in the slideshow… That is what I’m hoping can be accomplished in the carousel. Also, can the photos in the carousel and/or Fotorama Fit options be in any dimensions, Or will the theme want them to be bigger to fill the space? I was hoping to use images sized around 950×550 pixels. Thank you!

Currently the carousel displays the lightbox. Both fotorama fit and carousel will display images in mixed dimensions. They will also increase the image dimension with browser size and the same when the browser size is lower. You can check the demo to see how this works. We recommend larger images of not lower than 1400px wide so that they can be displayed with quality in retina devices.

I have a video as a fullscreen homepage. The video was originally uploaded to YouTube. The problem is that my video does not play automatically when people visit my website. When i try to open the page itself from the “fullscreen pages” section, the video plays automatically. Why is that happening?
