How do I rollback Elementor (and which one pro and basic ?) – where do I find these apparently required older versions. Since the import of the demo content looks very poor indeed.

We bought the Skape theme a couple of weeks ago and installed it on our website. We encounter just a few problems here and there and would greatly appreciate your help to solve it.

1. https://relais24.ch/ On that page, we are not able to navigate between the different testimonials. 2. https://relais24.ch/expertises/ We would like to change the header and use the one with the white logo and the hamburger menu in white. Where and how do we select which header should appear? 3. https://relais24.ch/realisations/ That page is key for us. When we click on “Next project” We would like to navigate between projects like on that page of your demo http://paul-themes.com/wordpress/skape/homepage-11/ How do we unblock/activate the navigation between elements? 4. https://relais24.ch/realisations/ How do you put the header with the white logo in the section with a transparent background as it’s supposed to be on your demo http://paul-themes.com/wordpress/skape/homepage-11/ ?

Installed theme and got problems with Elementor and css file (all pages without styles), submitted a ticket on authors support website he said to rollback Elementor to previous version and try again I did it and still not works also he ask me to pay him for theme installation. Maybe I’m wrong but shouldn’t the template I bought be able to installed without any problems or that is a new way to upsell?

can you please look into this seriously and update the theme for resolving the issues and bugs coming in the theme? I don’t want to waste my time here struggling on a theme for so long.

Why do not work properly at the demo site I don’t know. Before I used many themes but this theme lots of problems. Elementor doesn’t work properly. Please replay as soon as possible. Or if the option to return money then best.

Elementor is running 3.0.5 and you didnt faced this Elementor 3 conflict till now or didn’t even tried to resolve it?

the article you shared for Elementor 3 conflicts with you theme is 2 months old. I feel like it should have been resolved by now from the developer. Can you fix it fast or should I request for refund?

Thanks for developing this theme, but I see some issues while installing it with setup wizard. Tried it several times but wizard gives a site with missing styles for many pages only 2-3 pages comes fine. Which looks strange for me. Is there something we need to take care of after installing wordpress and theme? Setup wizard is having some issues and when importing with demo.xml many colors are changed from white to black and vice versa.

Have raised a ticket but didn’t received a reply can you please look into this or create a better documentation for easy installation?
