Hi,
I purchased this theme long time ago and I want to edit my site’s top bar text. But I couldn’t find the place to edit it. On your documentation you didn’t explain. My support expired I can’t submit a ticket. What should I do on this situation? My question is simple I don’t need big “help”. Can you answer my question? How can I change the top bar text in my theme? There is no widget for that. Maybe there is a bug or your team made the changes manually long time ago and can’t find that place.

2. The theme is provided responsive layout of browser but with the app, it is not tested yet.
3. The theme is only working with the WPBakery Page Builder plugin to build the page layouts.
4. Yes of course. You can use it in the newest Wordpress version.

This is one of the worst themes I have purchased, and check my profile I have been here for 10 years! This theme is extremely buggy and the support is not answering questions.
I need to know how to make the menu sticky when scrolling. I have it enabled and it’s not working.
The blog images do not appear when viewing the blog item on the homepage nor when viewing the Blog page. I have change the featured images and still NOTHING!
Font Awesome icons are not working either.
I am extremely disappointed in this theme, and all these buggy issues. It’s annoying for the price paid.

I didn’t remove anything. If I did, they could at least provide me with the code so that I don’t accidentally over-right it. It’s kind of hard to continue working on a website while waiting nearly 24 hours for a reply. I also replied to that ticket 13 hours ago for the record, and nobody has responded yet.

hello, we still haven’t been able to get this to work. we tried different api keys and they all seem to be working but the issue is we can’t change the address. no matter what address or coordinates it stays on the same address shown in your demo. any ideas as to what the problem might be, other than the api keys?
