Hello, I’ve renewed my support license, but have not gotten support in the forum, so I’m posting here in hopes that I can get some help.

When our customers are trying to reset their passwords, they’re getting critical error messages. I’ve set up a staging environment and have deactivated all plugins to check for conflicts and found none. I reinstalled WordPress – that didn’t fix it either. The only thing that fixes is is switching themes. Here is the error we are getting (with all other plugins deactivated except for Thim Core and WooCommerce):

The support person asked us to reactivate all of our plugins for some reason – which we did, but we’ve heard nothing since.

Please help, we have a large membership site with events happening and lots of members do password resets daily that are not working.

Hi, I’m trying to change the default tab to Overview under a course. I saw a previous comment that said got to “Appearance / Customize / Courses / Single” and there should be a a select default tab option. Which I can see and the drop down looks like it has all the options, the problem is when I go to change the option (even after publishing it) nothing changes. The default is always Curriculum when the page is opened.

I liked your theme but i have many questions before i purchase the theme

1- i need to add new taxonomies to courses (Course type) and add it to course filter

2- i need to add location to every course (i don’t want to add map, i just want to add location name, ex: USA)

3 – i want to allow students make discussion inside course (i mean students who buy the course)

4 – can i add many certificates to students who complete course , and i want to add more details to the certificate

5- can i make single course view similar to Udemy ?

I suppose that having my Eduma template connected to Thimpress they are waiting for when the support expires to generate problems with the updates and in this way make people pay again for the support…

Suppose I have three courses Course A, Course B and Course C. I want when someone complete Course A it automatically redirect to Course B if someone complete Course B then it automatically redirect to Course C. Is that possible? Or Alternatively is that possible to give course link of Course B when someone finish Course A?

Dear Thim Press Support , After mare than one year working with Eduma , It is pleasant for me to say I enjoy working it , but you may need spend more time on your theme to have better results .

There is some issues with RTL , then you may need to fix them because many of your customers use this config : 1 . E – Mails were sending with Learn Press and Event menager , Are not RTLed . 2 . Forums in Learn Press – bb press Are not RTLed . 3 . There is no direct button to use RTL config for people who do not use none – RTL word press . 4 . When participants click on the [ ] to expand the view of lessons ( All of lessons ) , It dosn ’ t work properly , I checked the error by my self in different versions of Eduma . Now I am sure it happens because of using RLT config , In non – RTL situation , it works normally .

Hi, I’m trying to edit the main Courses page to modify the right hand column to remove the “Free WordPress theme” ad at the very bottom and to get rid of the “All Courses” filter since the main filter above it already does that. From reading other comments, I’ve read that since its apart of the main parent theme that it can’t be modified you have to make a child page? Is there a detailed example of instructions anywhere as to how to do that and/or how to accomplish what I’m trying to based on the comments above?
