We’ve licensed your theme years ago and paid again to get extended support in Dec. 2020. Since then, we’re trying to fix a few simple bugs in the theme, but your support seems unable to help.

What’s even worse, you’re causing a mess in the back-end of our Wordpress installation by randomly deactivating plugins, changing menus etc. and just leaving our website in a non-functioning state behind! Even deactivating security sensitive plugins like logs and log-in monitors (and leave them off, as you leave).

Then you asked for FTP access, which we granted… and now you want unlimited permissions on our company’s FTP server? WTF? With your history of turning our website into a mess, you want unlimited FTP permissions now?

This is a support nightmare.

After updating to 1.9.8, the vertical page title in the left bar is no longer shown.

No other changes were made to the theme/code. Just the update… and the title was gone.

Any ideas? Do I have to renew support to have this sorted out?
