Hi, In my case, it’s a live online German language institute means all classes are on “Zoom”. I know we can integrate Zoom to this theme. But, can I create multiple batches from the whole students and show “Zoom” meeting to only one batch? For example : Meeting 1 for “A Batch”, Meeting 2 for “B Batch”. Like that. Only people in specific batch can see that Zoom details. If it’s possible, then for sure, I am going for this theme.

You can create two meetings for two different courses/lessons, and only who are in that course/lesson can see the meeting.

1. You can upload your videos to your website (or Library) then add them to your courses. Or you can embed the videos from other sources.

2. We don’t have our own player. The website will use the default player of browsers or player of the source of the video.

3. You can store videos on your server or on other sources. We use the Youtube video in our lesson here: https://educationwp.thimpress.com/courses/learnpress-101/lessons/what-is-learnpress/

When I installed the theme Edmudo, each of my subscribers received 30 junk blog posts. I immediately lost 15 subscribers.

In addition, there was so much junk installed on my site that I had to pay a developer to get rid of all the junk pages: junk testimonials, courses, team members, etc.

So, I am stuck with it.

I would request that you please upgrade my account to the Edumua Pro – I don’t feel that I should have to give you any more money given how much I have had to spend to get this theme running on my site.

I am happy to provide screen shots of all the damage that this theme caused.

I know what you wrote. I asked the question because after the update theme my site visually fell apart and I could not update the Slider plugins. I didn’t get help from your technical support. In downloads theme packet there are no Slider Revolution plugins. So I ask a question

Plugin Slider Revolution, Elementor, Page Builder are plugins that cannot be updated from plugins / update because they are paid. By purchasing your theme I have a regular UPDATE of the listed plugins or do I have to update the plugins I do manually?

Yes, you have to update those plugins manually. Those plugins are included in our theme but they are paid plugins and you cannot update them as other ones.

I would like to buy your theme one more time but before buying, I have some questions.

In Poland, people use payu or platnosci24 for the payment which I can integrate with WooCommerce

So the question is : the visitor should buy one course or pay for a subscription and use all courses for a period of time

Is it possible to pay for both via WooCommerce? Then we can integrate it with polish payments and they can pay.

So if they want to buy one course, we use WooCommerce way and for subscription the same.

Yes, it is possible to pay for both via WooCommerce.

You can buy single course with WooCommerce, or you can pay for a subscription with plugin Paid Membership Pro and its add-on to pay via WooCommerce.

You only can add unassigned questions to the quiz.

You can create your questions in Dashboard => LearnPress => Questions, then when you create/edit the quiz, you can add the questions.

Update themes Version 4.2.9.4 on Version 4.2.9.6 Before the update theme the complete front end fell apart and I lost the slider I made. I did an update but I can’t even slider to update. I also lost the slider I made. There is also a problem with the REST API.

1. Unable to update Slider Revolution. What should I do?

2. Problem Rest API, what is the solution?

3. Will problems with update themes recur if I do not update immediately the theme breaks down?

4. Your documentation does not say anything more about update Slider Revolution. I reviewed all the topics in SUPPORT and found that the problem with slider R. appears earlier. Question how did you envision manual or automatic update Slider R.? Please explain to the lady so that I or others would not seek support for this issue.

In the Assessment Section of Course. I am unable to choose the option “Evaluate via results of the final quiz” When I select this option and click on Update it takes to “Evaluate via lessons” option. Whats the reason?

Hello, I’ve renewed my support license, but have not gotten support in the forum, so I’m posting here in hopes that I can get some help.

When our customers are trying to reset their passwords, they’re getting critical error messages. I’ve set up a staging environment and have deactivated all plugins to check for conflicts and found none. I reinstalled WordPress – that didn’t fix it either. The only thing that fixes is is switching themes. Here is the error we are getting (with all other plugins deactivated except for Thim Core and WooCommerce):
