Hi, Where can I find the demo account to review the admin dashboard of the theme?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, Unfortunately, we do not have a demo for the admin dashboard neither do we grant access to the Admin Dashboard for the Jobify Demos. You can however, check out the front end dashboard by registering in our demos.

Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

HI there is it possible to CV parse or integrate a cv parsing functionality in here ?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, Yes using the Resume Manager plugin you can allow candidates to create a Resume profile and upload their resume. You can then add a widget to allow users to upload the resume if you wish.

Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi Brian, thanks for the message. I should probably clarify. I am not looking for resume upload facility, but a Resume parsing facility. It take the text from a resume in pdf into an online version which is searchable./ indexable. It’s quite common as it’s very difficult to search a pdf online.

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, parsing a resume into Resume Manager fields isn’t a native functionality of the addon nor with the theme. If you wanted this as a feature, it would require some custom coded work applied to it.
Assistance with implementing customizations is outside of the scope of the support that we offer, per our Support Policy.

I hope this information helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi there,

I want the client to have editor access so that they can change content and approve job submissions. Is this possible for them to do with editor functionality. It’s important that they don’t access the technical area, which complicates the interface and a risk that they may accidentally change something ( it’s happened before and will happen again!)

So my question is can the editor role have the ability to approve job posts ?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, As it currently stands only the Admin can review Job and Candidate submission. While moderating submission they can either approve or delete submission users submit. Currently there is no front-end page to allow other users to display a way for users to approve jobs a an editor.

Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the message. Could the user role editor plugin do this to give them the functionality. Would this enable the job posting tab/ button/ option doesn’t appear on the menu for the editor role. Any thoughts on how to get this on the menu.

Thanks

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, if you simply need to hide the job posting tab or link when the logged in user is an editor you can do so using the If menu visibility plugin. Once activated go to WP-Admin >Appearance >Menus and select the “Post a Job” link. Then enable the visibility rules, below it select hide and besides that select if “Is Editor user” and this should hide the job posting functionality for the editor user.

I hope this information helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Pre-purchase question: The objective of my project is to use your template for job offers and requests or job internships in the same city. Can the search parameters “city” and “keywords” be removed? The city is obvious, and the keywords is so that due to a user error, it does not stop listing job offers in the selected category.

Thank you.

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, yes, it is indeed possible to remove the search parameters if you do not need them. This can be done via the customize settings section where you can prioritize on which search filters you would like to use.

Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Thanks

Much Welcome!

hi, Is it possible to insert more rows in job data Form (post job -form, for example expiration date, salary …) Is it possible for jobseeker to save job he wants to apply? And also can jobseekers see in his profile on which jobs they apllied ? Is it possible that jobseekers get job aler on email? Is it possible that jobseekers to make resume and input their cv in his accout? Is it possible for employer to insert picture of ad instead of description?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, you could add custom fields for this if you would like to include such fields you can use the WP Job Manager – Field Editor plugin.
You can use the Bookmark plugin which allows candidates a way to bookmark and save a list of jobs they are interested.
Users can also view the profile information regarding the job company
Again in order to add a ”Job Alerts” alerts feature, you will need the Job Alerts plugin. Allowing candidates to get notified when a new job is posted that matches their saved criteria.
For users to add resumes within their profiles, you can use the resume manager addon for this.
Users can use the company logo within the job listing.

I do hope that this information helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

hi, I really like the theme.

I wanted to ask some pre-sale questions:

Is it possible or easy to integrate another member type as candidate or something else?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, the theme does have a page for the candidate’s section, however, to include it you would need the Resume’s manager plugin. The plugin allows you to include the candidate dashboard which is available for logged in users – it displays the users submitted resumes.

Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi,

I am working on a clients website and they are currently using Ninja forms for the resume contact page. I enabled Gravity Forms to build a different form and doing so makes it so ninja forms no longer has control over the contact resume form.

How can I have both gravity forms and ninja forms enabled – but make sure ninja forms still has control over the resume contact form?

Is there code to disable gravity forms from taking over form submissions when it is enabled?

Thanks, -Reece

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, you do not need to use the two form types together since you can create several forms with each. Apparently from your request above there is no custom code to disable the gravity forms from from taking submission contacts. You can however set the forms for contact listing from the “Listings > Settings” and assign a form to the respective settings. See this doc for more insight.

I hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi, is it possible to create a website like https://shoutcart.com with a price for recruiting? Thank you

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

In relation to your query here, Jobify is designed to be a Job Board theme and not a freelance site. You can use the Resume Manager plugin in order to add a candidate section. Allowing for recruiters and Employers to look up Freelancers and candidates. However there is no way to include the price option unless some custom work is done.

I hope this information helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Pre-sale question: Hello, I didn’t see from job dashboard where is the applied resumes are they included into the theme?

WpJobManager demo with applications: https://prnt.sc/vg58qb Your demo without them: https://prnt.sc/vg5acj

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, the job dashboard shows the jobs that the user has posted. It normally allows employers to manage their current job listings. Users can view their submitted jobs and even edit them. Job seekers can apply with resumes with the Resume Manager plugin. Once a user signs up and creates a resume submission, you can apply with the resume profile.

I hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hello Brian,

Thank you for answering.

I think that there is a misunderstanding, from the jobs dashboard page in your demo, where is the “Applications” column? Or in other scenario, if I’m the employer, where can I find the applied resumes from the candidates?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out again.

With respect to your query here, yes, this is not shown on the demo, you will need this plugin called “WP Job Manager – Applications” which will allow candidates to apply to jobs via a form and store applications in the database and the employer also gets an email notification.

  1. If you offer job listing submissions on the frontend, you can use this plugin to have applications be visible on the employer job dashboard.
  2. If you list your own jobs, you can have applications come in and be visible in the admin dashboard.

I hope this clarifies things here. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

hi, on my site I sell ads, I would like to know if it is possible to do this with your theme: buy a packet of three ads at 0 euro (free) for one time and then after the three ads inserted, to do another insertion you have to buy another package at 5 euros to insert 10 ads, thanks for the answers

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, not sure what you mean by selling ads. Are you going to sell job packages to list jobs? If so, you need to install and activate this addon: WC Paid Lisitngs. At this moment the WC Paid Listings plugin only sells packages to post Jobs and Resumes.

Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Pre-Sales Question:

Is it possible to submit an application on one page (either a job or another page) instead of applying on the pop-up? That is, instead of the form being on the pop-up, it is on one page.

Or instead of having the button for application, have the form directly on the job offer page. Will this influence any other functionality in the application process?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

With respect to your query here, Out of the box there is no setting to redirect the user to another page automatically. The Popup is a default process. You may need some custom work done in order to get rid of the popup. Alternatively, as you have described, you can use the application URL rather than the application email to redirect users to another page for the actual job site.

Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Is this theme supports the scheme for the job, one of the site which uses the structure data. here is the reference for Job posting https://www.fresherstech.com/central-government-jobs that they have implemented neatly.. is this available in it.

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

In relation to your question here, the theme uses the same data schema as the WP: Job Manager plugin. Structured Data is included when Job Listings are created in order for Job Listings to get indexed. WP Job Manager can only use whatever information you submit about a job as the information shown to Google in the structured data. I would also recommend you to have a look at this article here to get more insight on this.

I hope this info helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi there, does this have faceted search or some sort of filtering option ?

Hey there,

Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out again.

With respect to your query here, unfortunately, there is no faceted search with the theme. The FacetWP plugin is currently not supported by Jobify. I know it is something we would be looking to have implemented for the future. At the moment there are only three search filters which are keyword, location, and category within the theme.

I hope this information helps. Please feel free to reach out once again in case of any questions.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for the swift response.

Do you offer customisation ( which I am happy to pay for), where you install Facet Search – It’s a great product you have, but search is probably the most important feature of which faceted search is key.

Kind regards
