I’m interested in the theme, but google maps now it’s a paid tool… Will you add bing maps/mapbox in the future?

Relating to your question here, unfortunately, the Jobify theme has no Mapbox integration by default. This is only present within our Listify theme Neither does it have an option for Bing. Having these integrated would entail some custom work. Unfortunately, we just don’t have the resources to offer custom work right now. However, we are partnered with and highly recommend Xtendify or Codeable If you need help customizing your theme.

With respect to your query here, we have not made tests with form plugins to enable this feature, but you can add them as custom fields using the WP Job Manager – Field Editor plugin to just include checkboxes in the sign up form.

A – Users (freelancers) sign-up and insert their profiles (photos, skills and details)
B – Companies can access, search and view freelancers profiles
C – For every freelancers is possible to show work assigned previously be other companies
D – Companies choose/hire freelancers
E – Companies pays freelancers and money goes directly to freelancers without use any “man in the middle”
F – Is it possible to assign work (Company assign work to Freelancer) without track the payment, means only assign work and they will manage all things outside the site

With respect to your query here, please note that Jobify picks the design of a job listing website and not essentially a freelance website. However, some of the said features can be implemented using additional paid and free plugins.
A. Yes it is possible for users to create profiles and insert a few details of themselves.
B. Companies are not classified as users, therefore companies cannot carry out functions such as search candidates.
C. Not Possible with the theme.
D. Yes, via applications. Users must apply for the Job in order to be considered for hiring.
E. Not Possible as it is only a job listing site.
F. Again here, Not Possible.

With respect to your query here, the theme uses the WP Job Manager which does come with the support for Google’s structured data. You can perform tests of the schema using the Google schema test tool using our demos’ job pages as well.

Hi, I am very much interested in using this theme. Few questions 1) I want the visitors to have the option of changing languages – English and Hindi. Is is possible? 2) What plugins are bundled with the pack and what plugins need to be bought separately? 3) Will the whole set up work on Digital Ocean?
4) We need to fill initial entries for job seekers(5000) as we have their paper forms, from the admin side. Also from CSV files as well. 5) Also few employer entries from admin side. That is initial data for employees and employers need to be uploaded from the backend. .After the above the two new employers and employees can register and do their thing 6) Packages for employers based on time duration(monthly basis).

1. Yes, You can create multilingual sites with the Jobify theme by using the PolyLang plugin. See more on this here.
2. To get a list of the plugins that Jobify Classic version requires, you can obtain them from this doc Most of the addon bundle plugins are only compatible with the Listify theme as for now.
3. No tests have been done on Digital Ocean but we do expect the setup to work like any other WP site on that platform.
4/5. You can use the free WP All Import plugin and the free Jobify WP All Import Add-On which allows you to import job or resume listings that are stored in an XML or CSV file. Please refer to this doc for more. Once uploaded other users can register via the site and add their own job listings as well.
6. You can include packages but you would need to get and install the WC Paid Listings plugin. You can set limits of the number of Job listings users can post based on packages. The theme has a way to set the expiry period of a Job listing as well and within the Job package you can set the duration for the listing as well in terms of days. See more about this from this doc.

Hi,
I’d like to do the following:
When people click on “Apply for job”, I want to show a pop-up to sign up (or log in). Once they’ve done this, and when they click on “Apply for job” again, I want to show a pop-up with an application form. Once they fill this out and submit, they need to see a thank you message (and they should get a confirmation email as well). Also I want to show all jobs someone has applied for in their account on the website.
Is this possible, and what should I do to make this happen? I thought Jobify could already do this from the start but it seems it only works with sending emails to apply for jobs.

With respect to your query here, I get what you mean, for this functionality you will need to utilize a couple of plugins as well. First you need a forms plugin to create the form that you need to display. In this case I would recommend Ninja, Gravity or Contact Form 7 plugins.
Next you would need the contact listing plugin. This will help you link the form with the theme that you are using. You can link them under Job Listings >Settings > Jobs and scroll down to contact a listing form where you can select the form you created with any of the forms plugins. Hey, I wonder if I could receive form submissions attached resumes/PDFs (file uploads) only with free plugins?

With respect to your query here, it is possible to receive form submissions with the ability of attaching resumes alongside the job submission so long us you have form plugin like Ninja or Gravity forms. However, you can also use Resumes manager plugin to allow user to apply jobs using resumes.
The Resume Manager plugin allows users to list their resumes and have them appear. You can then apply for a job listing using a resume that you have previously submitted.
Using Ninja Forms only provides a contact form for applying to jobs and allows a resume file from your computer to be attached.
These two plugins can be used together though.

Hey Brian, thanks for replying.
Sounds great but when I tried Ninja Forms on my local with a theme I saw that in order to add file upload field to my form, you have to buy an add-on of Ninja Forms and it seems like it costs $49.00 for a single site.

Hey When I click on the “Apply for Job” button I just get an alert with some info to send an email to the email address. How to enable the form in your demo with the form where Name, email, message is included.

With respect to your query here, as for your case here you need to have the contact listing plugin installed so you can enable the form. You can use any form plugins like Gravity or Ninja forms to create the form. Next, you need to integrate it under Job Listings > Settings >Listings and then scroll down to select the form under the “Contact a Job Form” option. I would like to make the job board completely private. Meaning that in order to access both candidates / employers / jobs you must Sign Up. Furthermore, the Home Page will not have a search feature. Is this possible with this theme?

With respect to your query here, I do think this would be possible using the visibility plugins for your menu. Accessing these page s means that you may link them to the menu, therefore by using the If menu visibility plugin you can hide these links so that only logged-in users can view them and all other users [Guests] can not view them. Secondly, you can eliminate the search feature via the customize settings or using some simple CSS custom code.

With respect to your query here, Yes, there is a Dashboard for Employers to search for candidates within the site . With the Resume Manager plugin you can also create a Candidate Dashboard. Regarding the charges you can create for the employer this functionality is not available with the paid listings. See this link to note which packages for charger you can create. As for the Boolean search method it is not available for now.

With respect to your query here, It is possible but you will need to use the Indeed Integration Add-on. You can list jobs yourself, but to integrate Indeed, you need the add-on. Jobs from Indeed are just backfilled on your website. The plugin will display jobs posted on your website. These jobs are not imported and stored on your website but are just displayed. At the moment there is no integration for other sites such as SimplyHired, CareerJet, JobRobot GlassDoor.com etc.
