Hi, just a quick question, think is something quick that does not need to pay for support. I just checked that the Product Data select Menu, where you choose if its a Simple, Variable Product, etc… is disabled, meaning that dropdown menu is not ON, or this menu, https://imgur.com/a/0wDiMr4 (not my install is a shot from another WP install) I mean just the menu, i can see the rest of the tabs like General, Inventory, Shipping, but not the product Data dropodown menu, like shown on this screenshot, https://imgur.com/4Pwf1sk Is there somewhere i can enable the Product Data Dropdown menu? Please go to Porto >> Theme License and activate the Theme again from there with the same purchase code, hope this will solve your issue, and if not then please follow all the steps listed below one by one:

It’s because your server environment can not access our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

No, sorry to say that but this not possible for now as there is no such option in our Theme, so for now you can use any third-party plugin for this which better meets your requirements.

And for future, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it to the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

A client’s website supposedly uses Porto theme, but it was never activated. How do we activate it from within WordPress online administrative panel? Do we have to delete the theme in WordPress, re-download Porto theme and re-install?

You have to use the Porto Modal Box element and insert the content in it.

And a bit of Custom CSS for designing it, we have also used some Custom CSS and the classes in element and column setting, and then it works as it is on the Demo.

Like we have used Block Shortcode in Porto Modal Box for the content as showing in this screenshot:

And you can see we have used Custom Class as well.

Here is the Custom CSS for that Custom Class and you have to put it into the Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS.

That is just the Custom HTML checkbox nothing more, That is not dynamic, so if you want to add the dynamic one you have to use Custom Code and Custom JS for it.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 28/05/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I have recently purchased, used this template and have added WP Affiliates (https://woocommerce.com/products/affiliate-for-woocommerce/) but a supposed Menu Item called Affiliates should show up as one of the tabs in the [my_account] page, unfortunately it doesn’t with this theme. I have tried other themes and it does show up.

The supposed content of the new menu item will only show when I type this on the address bar: https://mysite.com/my-account/afwc-dashboard/

How do we handle this so that the new menu item will be added in the [my_account] page? Thanks

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the Affiliate For WooCommerce plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making it compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

Oh I am sorry to know these.

I have earlier attempted to recreate the scenario (my installation sequence, thinking that it might have caused the problem) using a temporary domain but I was flagged that I will be violating my PORTO License).

Anyway I believe that when I deactivate this theme now I will be able to use this theme again with another project, right?
