The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Hi there, We have been using evenly theme for over a year now, our theme updates automatically via envato plugin. We have had trouble twice recently with htaccess file updating and website becomes inaccessible. Will another update be available soon to fix this? Thanks heaps

We couldn’t reproduce this behavior on our local installation.
In case that you are running latest WordPress version, please note that we haven’t tested our theme with WP 5.8 yet, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

Hi! Just FYI – Mikado Core is not compatible with the new Widget Blocks functionality. When I try to navigate to widgets I get a critical error. I had to install https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ to get it to function properly.

This is happening because of the new WordPress update. We are aware of this issue and our dev team working hard to make a fix for all our themes (you will be notified via email when the new update is online on theme forest so you can apply this fix).
In meantime, you can change a WordPress version to the previous one (find more info here), or use another plugin that is changing widgets back to classic https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

Thanks for taking an interest! You can for sure, you do have the option within the theme to set your grid width, also you can choose if your page will be Full Width or in a grid as well as you can set padding to every column, so you do have a lot of options for this.

Save template button is disabled and no new templates can be added. Deleting or using existing ones still work. What changed? Also when you will apply update for the wpbakery? WP and plugins get security updates and the theme should follow.

IMPORTANT! I ended up updating to the latest version of Woocommerce and all my additional plugins even though the theme says it isn’t compatible. I am experienced in setting up Woocommerce and have testing this issue on many of the other themes I have purchased through Qode Interactive and the issue is not replicated.
I have a few extra plugins on this website that I have disabled to see if it fixes the issue and the issue remains.

When I update my totals in my cart or remove an item, the website auto scrolls to the BOTTOM of the page. I think the “scrollto” is aiming for cart totals. It kind of makes it to this spot on Desktop BUT as our footer is quite long on a mobile with the 4 columns breaking down into 1 column, it completely bypasses the cart totals and scrolls into the footer. This is NOT user friendly. Can you please provide ADVICE asap on this? I don’t have support anymore but have tested to see if it is theme specific and that’s where I am at now so I think it is a theme BUG.
Please tell me if otherwise.
Again, I have tested this on multiple websites that I have built with similar themes and this issue does not happen.

Hi! I am having trouble with Slider Revolution and your theme. I have upgraded to the latest version you have provided. I am trying to activate the arrows in the slider navigation but it doesn’t activate not does it load in the Arrow Types. I have edited my current slides and added new slides and same thing. I reload the page and it still doesn’t load the Arrow Types in. I have tried on both Chome and Firefox. Is there a fix in an updated version of Slider Revolution that you can provide us with? I currently have version Version 6.1.8 installed.
