Hi, I enabled WCBakery for the portfolio page then, using the text element of WPBakery, I added a simple text to the page (page with the “portfolio” template active). In the front-end, however, the added text does not appear but only the elements of the portfolio are shown. Where did I go wrong? Thanks

It looks like after one of the latest updates theme got a new bug:
Custom fields in the menu settings are not showing for new menu items. Even if my developer manually adds some custom fields for menu settings to show up, the added HTML Block to the “Description” box in the menu settings is displayed broken. The bug is present even with the fresh install of the theme and all plugins. There may be a problem with the connection of WPBakery Page Builder and XTEMOS Post Types plugins.
How and when this can be fixed? Currently, we cannot edit or update the mega-menus.

Yes, the admin access was sent via the contact form. The question with the non-functional mega-menu remains open.

This comment is just to let you know that we have likely found a bug.
We have updated theme & all plug-ins just today, so, everything has the latest version.
The bug may be reproduced like this: 1. Go to any page built with WPBakery Page Builder 2. Click “Add Element” icon 3. In WP Bakery popup go to “Theme elements” tab & pick “Products (grid or carousel)” 4. Go to settings of newly added “Products (grid or carousel)” element -> “Design” tab. 5. Mark “Sale countdown” as true 6. Update the page 7. See “dayjs is not defined” error appearing in the console
This reproduction scenario will only work if you have WooCommerce installed & some products on sale with “sale date end” parameter set.

It is a bug in our theme that will be fixed in the next update. As a workaround, you need to disable the “Combine JS” option in Theme Settings -> Performance.

Hi there, I purchased you theme earlier today and have already upgraded my clients site to it! Was simple and easy to do 
I have a couple of questions though and wondered if you could help.
1) I am using the “Base Header” with the ajax search widget in the centre text area. Is it possible to also have the categories dropdown within this like on your “With Categories Menu”?
2) On the shop page layout you have 2,3,4 & 6 as items in rows. Would it be possible to have 5? I notice you have 5 as an option in widgets just not here.
3) Could there be a option to disable the top bar on mobile?

If have difficulties working with WPBakery and our theme update, please, disable all external plugins and send us your admin access directly via our contact form.
As for the performance, it might be slow because of a lot of different factors including your server, installed plugins, cache, not optimized images etc. Anyway, send us your website link and we will do a quick test.

WooCommerce categories have separate pages and they can’t be used as filters. But if you need, you can create a separate product attribute called “category” and configure it to work in the same manner as price, color, and size. We suggest you to install WordPress and WooCommerce and test how it will work with your amount of products.
