3- We do not have this feature included, unfortunately, in theme options, you can insert the email to which booking requests will be sent; https://www.screencast.com/t/SBQADGrkDL

4- You do have our doctor page where they are presented https://mediclinic.qodeinteractive.com/our-doctors/ however a search feature the way you wish is not a part of our theme functionality, unfortunately. This can possibly be achieved with some third-party plugin, but please understand that we simply cannot guaranty theme compatibility since it has not been tested.
