I have sent series of messages of which you ignored or still yet to respond to them, I made this clear before investing in your theme, I wanted to take a huge chunk of the customization away was the reason I got this theme, there are other themes out there with better customer support and tested over the years, I can’t even make any changes on the header of your theme, I kept getting a 404 error page whenever I update my changes, I decided to create another Header with resemblance with yours, anytime I select the Mega Menu and I made the “Display Style” Boxed, it throws the 404 too, unless I select the other options which doesn’t have the same functionality, will you just try to fix this or not, I’m sick of typing long messages here every time.

For example, the solid icons collection in Font-Awesome, requires ‘font-family: “Font Awesome 5 Free”’ along with “font-weight: bold” style rule to be added.

They will not replace the content actually but add more content to your site depending on what exactly are you looking to import, with our partial import feature of demos we have an option to import only specific parts of any demo so you can uncheck the pages and post and import everything else in this case it will be less work for you to do and your older pages will still work without any issues

Hello I noticed after importing the demo and testing my website on GTmetrix and Pingdom, the score is below D, I was wondering if you could recommend any speed optimization techniques with respect to the technologies behind your Theme?
I’m trying to change the “Image Width (px)” of the Logo (my own custom logo) from the “Header” Tab of the dashboard, but anytime I click the update button, it loads and returns. 404 page, this has made me reinstall WordPress once as it messed up the whole header when I tried doing it on the Frontend part of WPBakery.
Please advice on what to do, my logo is not same width as yours (smaller), when changed from the “Customize” frontend part of WP, it takes the whole with and becomes big, pushing the header all the way down with a huge space between the subheader and the header menu.

I got it that all header elements needs to be added in the header section. thank you for pointing it out.
I now configured the header with my desired menu but there are still 2 issues:
1.) on the landing page there is still no menu shown (check out: https://nsc-extensions.ch/)
2.) on the product page the menu looks weird (it looks like there are some css attributes missing…) (check out: https://nsc-extensions.ch/produkt/clip-in-glatt/)
