It seems like you haven’t properly set up your page for posts under Settings / Reading. You ned to choose your Posts page.
Then make sure your Pressville Posts element on the homepage is not set to display only posts from certain categories or it is not limited to display only two posts.
I’m not sure what you mean. The posts are not on a separate page. They are entered individually under posts and they display on the ‘Front Page’ so I don’t know how I would correct this. You can’t have the Home Page and the Posts Page be the same page (I tried that and got an error message). Please advise and Thank You.
Go to Settings / Reading and make sure you set both Front page and Posts page options to separate pages.
Then edit your front page, click on Pressville Posts element and make sure the Category option is not set.
I created a post page, even though I don’t need one as I’m just using the Pressville Posts inside a block on the home page. It still doesn’t make a difference. Also, the LSVR 3rd Party element breaks in WordPress 5.6. I had to revert back to the previous version of WordPress to get that to work right. I started the site in safe mode with debug and added my plugins back one a time starting with the LSVR plugins. Everything worked fine until I activated the 3rd Party Toolkit Plugin. I’m testing everything on my staging site now because of the WordPress issue.
You need to set Posts Page, because otherwise your default post archive page won’t work. It may not be necessary tied to the Pressville Posts, but it is stile good thing to set it.
Have you checked the Pressvile Posts element if it is not set to a certain category? Try to create few new posts if they will appear in the Pressville Posts element.
I do not see any issue with 3rd Party Toolkit Plugin on WP 5.6 on my sites. Which page builder are you using? Can you please activate the WP Debug mode, activate the plugin again and send me the error message you are getting?
I’ve checked this several times. My site works fine (except for the previously reported issue with Posts) and when I remove the LSVR 3rd Party plugin. I have created a unused Posts page to use under the Reading option. The Posts are NOT selective and it still doesn’t scroll. I am running 5.6 under my live site (unfortunately by auto-update) and the 2020 Executive Officer page, the Our Boundaries page and the Advertiser with Us pages are not working properly. I am using Elementor Pro and it is current. I activated WP Debug mode, but there is nothing in the file though the pages are clearly not working properly unless LSVR 3rd Party is deactivated. However when I do that the main page doesn’t work properly.

You set the Number of Posts in the Pressville Posts element to 2 so of course it didn’t scroll because there was nothing to scroll. If you want to display only two posts then just uncheck the Enable Slider option in the element. I’ve changed the number of posts, but I assume there is some sort of caching since it didn’t translate to the frontpage yet. I didn’t want to mess with it so please clear your site cache.
As for the LSVR 3rd Party Toolkit, you have it activated and I do not see any errors. I have no problem editing the front page or for example Our Boundaries page via Elementor at all, so I am not sure what you meant by that they do not work properly.
I obviously misunderstood how to use that feature, so I appreciate the clarification. I cleared the website cache but I’m not explaining the issue with the other pages clearly and I apologize for that. If you go the 2020 Officer Page under the about us, the pictures do not display unless the LSVR 3rd Party Toolkit is turned off. The same for the Our Boundaries page. There is a graphic the fades in from the top that only seems to work properly if the Toolkit is turned off. You don’t see these features currently so it looks like nothing is wrong.
Ok, now I see it. I guess I know what is causing it. I will release an update Tomorrow.

Dear sir or madam,
we are currently using the pressville version 2.5.1 with the bundled WPBakeryPlugin.
We are also using the official classic-editor plugin by the WordPress developer team to allow users to switch between the editors. We are currently facing the issue that the user cannot switch to the classic editor.
After some investigation, it looks like the bundled WPBakery plugin (js_composer dependency, to be exact) causes an conflict with this plugin.
The method vc_gutenberg_check_disabled inside the dependency basically removes the functionality of classic-editor, preventing the user from switching the editor generations.
Do you know about an upcoming fix/ can you name an date for a fix?

If that won’t help, then I am sorry but there is nothing I can do, since I am not author of this plugin. Your best bet is then to buy your own WPBakery license and contact its author, as this is not a theme-related issue.

There is an option for a WPML generated switcher to be used, but I get an error when I try to use it. It displays the code in the secondary menu rather than the flag specified in WPML – Can you tell me why?
Can you you please share the URL where I can see it? But if you are trying to add flags to the menu, that won’t work, only text.
Ah then that is the problem… So in fact you can’t add a wpml-generated switcher if you configure wpml to show flags? – that is a big let down for me.
Well, this is for security reasons to prevent malware code injection on your site. You can use language switcher without flags. Same as demonstrated on the live preview. The default WPML switcher with flags will look completely off design-wise anyway.
However, you can of course edit the code to remove those security measures if you want. Just copy the content of the inc/classes/lsvr-pressville-header-menu-secondary-walker.php to your child theme’s functions.php and change echo esc_html( $item->title ); on line 37 to just echo $item->title; to allow any code in the secondary menu. Similar with the lsvr-pressville-header-menu-primary-walker.php file on line 69 for primary menu. But I do not recommend it of course.

try to test it with some generic location like “New York, US” if that will work. Also set the Update Interval to “On each page load” until you make it work to prevent caching.

it doesn’t work there because FontAwesome icons icon are loaded by the Elementor plugin. However, it seems they are loaded only on regular editable pages, not post archive page. Solution would be to search the internet on how to force Elementor to load those assets everywhere, or simply load FontAwesome icons via a separate 3rd party plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-awesome/

I am sorry but your site is not accessible for me because of your Wordfence settings: “Your access to this site has been limited by the site owner”.
Anyway, make sure you are using latest version of the theme (2.5.1) and all LSVR plugins.

Updated the theme and plugins but the problem persists. How do I get you through the Wordfence without letting all the bad guys in also? I have temporarily disabled country blocking. See if that helps.
I see it now. However, you are still using the Tailor page builder which is not being supported for quite a long time. Anyway, try to edit your front page and change the “lsvr_pressville_widgets” shortcode to “lsvr_pressville_sidebar” (both opening and closing tags). If you don’t see the code in your editor, try to switch to HTML mode.
Once you fix that, I would advise to migrate to a different page builder ASAP. You can use either native WordPress block editor or a 3rd party ones: Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder. The thing is that the Tailor plugin was not updated for three years, it is abandoned. It doesn’t make sense to go the extra mile with the security like blocking entire countries and at the same time use an outdated plugin which can potentially contain security holes.
BTW, you don’t have to block whole countries from accessing your site. That is an overkill. Just make sure you are using secure password and set Wordfence to blocks any IP which try to login after let’s say 3 unsuccessful login attempts. But it maybe make sense to keep it the way you have it until you move from the Tailor plugin.
I don’t see Tailor on my list of Plugins. How to I eliminate/replace it?
Take a look via FTP under wp-content/plugins. However, once you get rid of it, you will possibly have to rebuild your front page (and any other page built using Tailor) with different page builder.
There is also a possibility you’ve removed it while ago and there are just some remains in the code which you can ignore. Just edit your front page using the page builder you are using and change that shortcode as per my previous reply.
I don’t have any page that was not included in the Pressville theme. I don’t even know how to build a page, nor how to change shortcode. I looked in FTP and there is nothing named Tailor in wp-content

No, that is certainly not a case. Again, if you do not see Tailor listed under your admin / Plugins, then that Tailor code I see on your page is probably just some remains and you can ignore it for now.
Feel free to send me your WP admin credentials via PM and I will try to change the shortcode myself.
However, if you don’t know how to edit pages yourself, I would suggest to hire a freelancer who will be able to rebuild your pages using the default block editor.
You can set the front page back to default if you want to eliminate the Tailor stuff

Ad events: the way you set them is completely wrong. For example this event https://eurekakansas.com/events/farmers-market/. The start is May 30, 2020 and the end is November 29, 2020. I don’t think this event is supposed to run for straight six months. The start and end dates are meant only for the single occurrence, usually the first one. The “Repeat Until” field is used to set how long will this event repeat. All other dates are then calculated automatically.

I just installed Pressville to my wordpress on Lightsail. It will not let me publish edits that I make to pages. It won’t even generate a preview. Is there a setting I am missing?

It does not. It did previously with the Twenty Twenty but after installing the new theme it will not take edits made. When I select “update” it just spins.
Try to deactivate all the LSVR plugins as well to see if that makes any change.
Are you using the latest version of WordPress and does your site runs on PHP7?
Yes it is running PHP 7.3. Disabled all plugins and cannot update at all.
