Hello I’m using this theme since past few months, Facing major issues with banner section that is slider revolution. It is not responsive at all, I raised issue multiple times but no proper response from theme support. Disappointed!!!

Hi there, it is possible to update Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins to the latest version for this theme? I can’t edit my pages on the admin panel, is displaying an error on my site trying to edit any page because of that.

Hello! I fell in love with your template, it’s really beautiful. However, I have two problems after purchasing the theme: 1- I didn’t receive a license code to activate the slider revolution (in my theme I find “slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin-license.txt” but without the Purchase Code). This prevents me from seeing the previews of the pages where the slider is used; 2- same thing for the WPBakery Page Builder. Could you please help me?

Please note that WPBakery and Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hello!

I am interested in purchasing this theme. However, I would like to know if the animation you have in the Properties Home version can be recreated by any coder, for a different building design (I would have the sketch design of the building), and if it is possible to link an apartment detail page if a client clicks on the highlighted part of the sketch.

Also, is your theme compatible with plugins for bookings/calendar?

in the version Apartment Complex, is it possible too to change the image of the sketch buildings and the location of the “points” and link them to a detail page of the apartments in the building selected?

Thanks for taking an interest in our theme!

This functionality is provided with the Image Map Pro plugin that you receive bundled with the theme.

In order to add your floor plans, you simply need to use the plugin to link the floor plan areas with corresponding images.

If you need any further help with this you can contact our support upon purchasing our theme and they will help you further. Popup on click does not exist within the theme options for the plan view.

As for booking we cannot guaranty any plugin as it has not been tested with our theme.

The apartment Complex is made with revolution slider so you can change the sketch image for sure and edit the point to your needs.

Hi I think this needs to be updated on the theme.. .../framework/admin/assets/js/qodef-ui/qodef-ui.js: jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated

I updated the WP bakery editor to latest version because my host sends me a vulnerability on the current version. upon update the editor doesn’t work anymore which gives me just a blank whitepage on the backend editor.

I updated the theme to the latest version but that didnt work either. the editor still doesnt work.

I installed https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ which temporarily fixed the problem but it shows me that the JS mentioned above is already deprecated and asked to contact the theme editor to update the theme files.

Hi there,

Do you have an update for this theme available? We bought this theme some months ago, but our Instagram feed suddenly stopped displaying.

I keep getting “{“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”}” when I try to connect it again. Tried different browsers. Same thing.

I already tried the steps here: https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002329117-What-To-Do-If-Your-Instagram-Account-Is-Connected-But-Not-Displaying .

After doing some research I think the issue might be due to a recent change in Instagram’s policy as explained here: https://www.instagram.com/developer/

I feel this issue should be fixed as soon as possible and a fix be implemented.

Hi there, thank you.

I updated the included plugins which fixed the Instagram widget issues, but updating WPBakery and Revolution Slider introduced additional issues. After updating, the WPBakery visual editor no longer displays and Revolution Slider no shows up due to a JQuery Migrate issue related to Wordpress 5.5.

After my own research, I downloaded the “Enable JQuery Migration Helper” plugin (made by the Wordpress team) as a temporary fix, but when will your team roll out with a permanent fix? Is this something you need to work with WPBakery and Revolution Slider to fix?

I would love to contact you through your support channel, but our support license expired not long ago so it would not let me submit my report, but I think issues like these is considered a bug and reporting a bug shouldn’t require payment.

Is there an email I can use to reach your team?

After importing demo data I tried to change the logo. The small logo changes but the default logo stays the same demo logo of “Sagen” I even deleted Sagen images in WP media library and of course I cleared out all the browser cache. I installed Mozilla as a second browser just to chech. When I inspect object by right click I see classes “qodef-dark-logo” and “qodef-light-logo” correctly changed to my logo but class “qodef-normal-logo” stays the demo logo. This is driving me crazy

Hi! I have a 2 bedroom apartment. I wish people could book the rooms individually or the whole apartment. If someone has already booked the entire apartment on those dates, the individual rooms cannot be booked. The same thing also applies to the rooms, if only one room is booked, it will not be possible to book the entire apartment. is it possible to do this with your template?
