There is no need to update, just redownload the template package from Themeforest.

You can turn on the modules thumbnails option in Mailster. The plugin will auto-generate the module image. There is no option to control this function from HTML template code. For more detail, regarding this option, I would recommend contacting directly with Mailster support.

The dark mode is auto-adjusts(inverts) the color from the device OS unless the email client(or email app) ignores the device preference and lets the client render as it is. The HTML template code can’t override the OS setting. Sorry

Hi, I assume you refer to the text editor was overflow off the editing area. What causes the issue is the editing area in the template panel is too narrow—most of the time due to the small screen size. You can try a workaround by zoom out your browser(CTRL +/-) to make room for the function to display.

Sorry, the issue can’t fix by HTML template code because it is a plugin function. I only specify which areas are editable, and the plugin does the rest. I recommend contacting plugin support regarding the issue.

Thank you for your interest; It will depend on how you send the email. For example, sending with Stampready, Stampready will host the images on their server, but if you export the file to use with another ESP. They give you an option.

• “Keep image online.” the images will host with Stampready, and you will get an HTML file ready to import and send.
• “Include image folder.” the exported zip file will include an image folder that you can host somewhere else. For example, import this zip file into Mailchimp so Mailchimp will host the images for you.

Hi, The template is compatible with the Wordpress plugins Mailster and MailWizz. These plugins allow you to import and edit themes, but not directly via the WordPress theme editor.

When customizing the content please do it in their Campaign builder mode not Template editor mode(where you can switch between “Edit Design and Edit Code”.

Hi, I’m not sure I understand you correctly. If you mean the file export from Stampready you will have to change before exporting, because the export file unable to include Mailchimp template editor tag(unless edit through code in Mailchimp template editor mode).

Or you can use the Mailchimp native file that I provided so you can edit in Mailchimp but not able to import to Stampready.

Yes it is, you can import via HTML file, but the “Klaviyo block” is not available with custom template(only support native template on their platform). Also using custom template you can only edit in HTML code. (demo video) I’d recommend using Dreamweaver to customize the template before import to Klaviyo.

You can use the zip ready file from Stampready folder import to Mailchimp and make sure you edit in Campaign builder mode not in Template editor mode after imported.(more info.)

Thank you, I managed to get it to work, I had to choose Automated campagin. But I’m struggling fo 2 hours with adding blocks. Are you familiar with issues with adding for example a 1/1 block and that instead a header block is added? Also when adding a block it replaces a block instead of adding? Sometimes I have to add 5 times a 1/1 block and then its added.

Ok, first the header block is a default module when adding a new block. How Mailchimp repeatable function work is when click at + it adding a new block and user switch to other modules by a dropdown menu. I guess you might misunderstand another way around by select module first then click +
