Hi there, recently i updated the theme, wordpress & plugins. Everything seemed to be fine but now i noticed, that when i am not able to edit any of my content. In BE behind every item i see “extended layout architect”. If i try to edit, i always get a blank screen ;( Plz help me! Thanks and best regards.
Problem solved. There was a problem with a cache-plugin after update. Thanks anyway
Buonasera. Ho un problema con questa tema. Tutto era ok, ma le opzioni del tema Enfold non funzionano più anzi non riesco ad accedere alla varie opzioni. L’attuale Versione è: 4.5.4. Non mi è uscita la notifica dell’aggiornamento. Utilizzo hosting Aruba.
Se riusciamo a risolverlo, sarà molto apprezzato .. Grazie

I replied back to your answer last week, probably notification doesn’t run for the replies..We updated the theme and now we have 2 issues; 1 – Sticky submenu isn’t working in the product pages. I tried the css code you adviced 2 years ago, but it doesn’t solve(#top .av-submenu-container.av-sticky-submenu { z-index: 301; }) 2 – Back to top button in the right corner of page disappears or ı’m not sure if it was there. I searched for the answers but couldn’t see sth yet.

Helping a friend who has this theme. It uses the Enfold child theme. But I can not go into customiser nor can I edit theme options. They do not lead to anywhere. Can not change font etc. Is there any locks that as been set perhaps? I have admin user role on the site. Enfold 4.5.7

If you are using the latest version of WordPress, updating Enfold would help as the version you are currently using is not compatible with the latest version of WP. Then you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ and insert Personal Token in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates in WP dashboard

You only trying to sell some more of this theme and I understand it, but you know it is wrong and legally this deceiving new buyers and its against the LAW!!!!!
The last update was Oct. 5th 2020 – Version 4.7.6.4 and NOT 27 NOV.
So again STOP DOING THIS!!!!

Do not say it was not intended as it not the first time.
When you have a sales discount you guys do it also.
I am a member for many years and have seen it many times ( last year sales and after that with x-mass sales)
I just do not believe it is right to do so and next to that after more then 219.000 sales of this theme I would think it is not needed.
So just tell Kriesi to stop it!!
Do not lower the enfold theme, Kriesi and the support theme to the low and bad standard as of many other authors on Envato.
Keep the standards high as it suppose to be and where Enfold and its support theme belongs!!
Principals are so so so important a specially in these hard time for many of us!

Hi. I am using the theme with Woocommerce in catalog mode (without showing prices or shopping cart). I wanted to know if there is any possibility that a query can be made from each of the products through the contact form. The idea is that when the email reaches me it is established from which product the query was made. Is this possible? Greetings.

Hi! I installed the Enfold theme successfully in my local XAMPP installation on Windows 10 (with Apache, PHP v. 7.3.19 and MariaDB v. 10.4.13). When I tried ti import a demo (Enfold 2017) the environment run for some seconds, then I received an alarming error notification (with black background) with many errors “Failed to import media ”””. I was properly connected to Internet, and I confirm that I received the text portion of the theme, but no media. Can you help me? Many thanks.

If you have updated the theme to version 4.7.6.4, please make sure to flush cache. That issue occurs when the latest version of WP is used on older version of Enfold

If you are using a cache plugin, you can go to plugin settings and clear the cache there. If you are not using one, clearing browser cache would be enough

Hi, I’m using theme since 6 months for my customer. They have been using probably since 4 years. Everything was ok, but enfold theme options doesn’t work. I used “reset all options” accidently. But ı couldn’t re-import txt file for the theme settings. Logo upload button also doesn’t allow to click. I’m sure all was working, I used all options, moved the site from another hosting already..
I tried turning off plugins, checked php version, 7.3-7.4 is available At last ı made a clean installation to another subdomain, It doesn’t work except demo install. (no plugin issue, only lang. and woocommerce is installed) Even font selection is impossible. What has changed? How can I solve this problem, even manually it’s locked…
If we can sort it out it will be really appreciated..Thank you

Merhaba:) greetings from İstanbul We found the related themeforest login and updated the theme to Version: 4.7.6.4. It was 4.2. API key was there but it was saying “theme is up to date”.
