Hi – this theme looks fab and i just bought it. I get these problems when trying to run it on a Gandi. net shared hosting – L plan.
PHP Post Max Size 128M The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 256 in order to meet the theme requirements.
PHP Time Limit 180 The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 300 in order to meet the theme requirements.
Is this just required for the demo import? Is there a way to import the demo contents without changing these parameters?
The reply from hosting i got is basically, i need a VPS to run this theme….
All Simple Hosting instances from size S to size XL have the memory limit value set to 128MB, and the size XXL have the memory limit value set to 256MB. It is not possible to change this setting.
It is also not possible to change the max_execution_time, upload_max_filesize and post_max_size values as shown in the next page of our documentation:
https://docs.gandi.net/en/simple_hosting/advanced_configurations/php_ini.html#unmodifiable-parametersUnfortunately, it is not possible for us to make “custom-made” because these are unchangeable parameters configured for all Simple Hosting instances at 128M.
As for the max_execution_time it is set to 180 for all the instances.
Therefore I invite you to lighten if possible your documents so that they are below this limit of 128Mo.
Alternatively you could upload them via SFTP rather than through your website.
As alternative, for more memory_limit value, you can take a dedicated cloud server. With Gandi Server Cloud (IaaS) you can create your servers, manage your disks, increase RAM, all on the fly, and install and manage as you want your services (apache, PHP, postfix, mysql…) in command line only (no GUI interface). This solution is for expert and confirmed Unix users. You will find more information about Gandi Server IaaS here:

I really need a solution to this or a refund ASAP. Tried importing the content using the demo importer and Wordpress import using the XMl files you include in the theme – both ways crashed the hosting and took down all sites on it.
Tried WP Engine and it’s even less…

I’ve checked the anchor, I’ve used the theme options to set some anchor inside the menu. It seems everithing working correctly on desktop and mobile, i have this problem only on android smartphone devices.
I discovered the problem. In my theme configuration I slightly lengthened the transition time of the slide in revolution slider from 3500 ms to 5500 ms. By making this change every time the slide changes, the page undergoes a scroll upwards perhaps because the slide does not load correctly when the contents are changed. I solved the problem by disabling the second slide of my slider but it is a temporary solution. Could you help me to definitively solve this problem?

Bought this theme yesterday. Another plugin totally screwed my site up so I had to completely re install word press. Went to re install the theme again and input my code but it says “Code is already registered for other domain”. Submitted a ticket # 77894 to support and 19hrs later I still have not had a reply. Firstly its bad enough that I cannot just re install it back on the same server with the same domain, but having a massive delay in support replies is just totally bad. Hi, I’m facing an issue where I cannot click on the hamburger menu on mobile devices when I enabling a 1/3 sidebar underneath ‘Mikado Sidebar’ on my shop page.
It’s getting weirder because after logging in to the backend all works fine, so even with the sidebar enabled.
In detail, in the shop page I choose underneath the Mikado Sidebar section: Sidebar layout: Sidebar 1/3 left Sidebar center widgets: default Choose widget area in sidebar: Left Shop Sidebar ( one I’ve created my own )
In the console of my browser I got extra errors when on my shop page and only when I’m not logged into the backend
1. mouse.min.js:11 Uncaught TypeError: o.widget is not a function 2. slider.min.js:11 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mouse’ of undefined 3. Uncaught TypeError: o(...).slider is not a function

I updated all the Biagiotti plugins but the problem persists. I cannot submit a request as I got the error that my support has ended.
Please have a look on a mobile phone to the shop page of the website. When on the shop page you are unable to open the menu (hamburger button). The problem must have something to do with the category filters on the shop page.
