As I understand, your theme doesn’t allow to add First name and Last name on the listing submission page as shown in my screenshot: https://prnt.sc/w6gwgw unless they register first?

With respect to your query here, as of now, there is no option for that on the listing submission page. You can only add your first and last name while registering for the site. Once registered you can easily add your new listing without the need for name, email, or password registration.

Theme seems broken again, no text box appears when making a listing, also no text box appears when editing a listing, no tool box as well.

Customizer not working, Google maps API not working, wow here we go again, No i have not added any new Plug ins either.

Hello!

I have some pre-sale questions:

1. I’ve tried the demo and I see that when you want to submit a listing, you pick a package and then you have to fill all the information. I want that when you pick a package, it appears the payment method. When you pay, then you will can add a listing. Is that possible?

2. Is it possible to use Stripe as a payment method?

3. Is it possible to generate an invoice once the user pick a package and pay? If the answer is yes, the invoice generated is from WooCommerce?

4. Is there a possibility to create a section with featured listings? I mean: an user wants to pay an extra to mark his listing as a favorite or featured, to appear as the first one. Can we do this?

With respect to your query here, first regarding the payment flow for the packages it is possible to display the packages before or after a user enters the details of the listings. Payment can also be made before the user enters the listing details.

Listify is powered by WooCommerce to process payments for listing packages, shop products, bookings etc. In fact all payment gateways that WooCommerce supports are compatible. This includes PayPal, Skrill, Authorize.net, Stripe etc.

Yes you can have an invoice generated. WooCommerce has an Invoice system and it emails a user a copy of the Invoice once purchased. By default results displayed on the search pay show the featured listings as the first ones. You can also charge users to create or have their listing as featured.

With respect to your query here, the theme is really not content egg supported as it is basically a listing directory theme where you can add various listings to your site and not necessarily adding offers from different affiliate systems. Next, you can include products to the site by linking them alongside the specific listings. However for this functionality you may require the WP Job Manager- Products plugin. Next, by adding listings into the theme you can display them via a listing dashboard page using a simple short-code. Else you are speaking of deals and products these can only be displayed within a single listing page. The theme is not fully compatible with Elementor as you may require Elementify plugin to enable some compatibility of the theme with Elementor through creation of custom pages only. This is one of the functionalities we are focusing on in our development stage.

Hello,

I noticed that the listing review notations were no longer showing in google results. On the search Console, the error message is as follows: Invalid object type for the “itemReviewed” field How can I correct this error? Note: I have purchased the Review plugin. I shouldn’t have to renew support or plugin to have this feature which was included from the start. Thanks

I have not had any feedback following the emails sent to the indicated email address. There’s a big problem with structured data related to business reviews! I bought your theme since 2015, renewed the support two or three times, I’m generally satisfied but this error is never corrected (there were already messages since 2016 …) Thank you for intervening!

With respect to your query here, based on our developers findings you would need to have a listings which is already on Google for the issue to be sorted. Also, you need to have actual user generated reviews for your listing. Lastly please make sure that you are using the WP Job Manager Reviews plugins which is updated to the latest version 2.2.1.

For some reasons Guest cannot see the Featured (The Most Popular Things to Do in the City) it is not showing anymore. But once I logged in, then it shows.

Purchased this theme to use in WordPress and had to purchase Elementor Pro to edit it, but whenever i try to open the home page for the demo Listify/Listify Child themes, i get an error related to “the_content”. Opened a ticket but still no response.

I’ve tested your site and your mobile menu design is very poor. Do you intend fixing this or can I simply install a replacement menu plugin?

Geolocation is not working; even though address is provided. I found below in a previous answer; however these settings (Listings—> Map) API key etc. are not shoiwing up in my settings. I downloaded the file recently

When you mean Custom fields, do you mean the ones related to a listings Location? If so, can you create a new API key to go within Listing>Settings in the WordPress Dashboard. You can keep your existing API key under Listings>Map Settings.

When you create the new API key specifically for Listing>Settings make sure the “Key Restrictions” is set to “None”, and make sure to enable the “Geocoding”,”Geolocations” and JavaScript API. After adding the key under Listings>Settings and it will add the listing addresses for any new Listing.

You can resave existing listings and the address will appear on the front-end.

Hi. Pre-purchase question – I want to set up a site where users can pay to just list courses that they run – I don’t want to host courses on the site.

I need a theme that has a good frontend dashboard for users and that is fully integrated with Woocommerce and Woocommerce Subscriptions plugins, or which has its own built-in ability to sell subscriptions with recurring billing. Can Listify do this please?

With respect to your query here, you can use the theme simply to list the courses you prefer. The courses however can not be hosted within the theme. The theme does have a good user dashboard. All account issues are handled by Woocommerce. If you need users to have subscriptions you can use the Woo Subscriptions plugin and also Listing Payments.

As for the opinion/reviews of the user you can always approve or disapprove them and in any case you do not like them, you can always trash them. If you are talking of any additional custom fields within this section you can only do that using the WP Job Manager – Field Editor plugin.
