The theme comes packaged with WP Bakery Page Builder, so it’s intended to be used with this page builder.
You could in theory use other page builders, but none of Soho Hotel’s own page elements would be mapped to the page builder, so I’d recommend using WP Bakery Page Builder.

I am working on an update to integrate WooCommerce currently though, so once that is available you will be able to use Paystack, although please bear in mind the expected release date for this update is still some time off yet.

Hi I have Modified your PayPal Payment Plugin as per our local Payment Gateway Doc. We could pay the payment But when That gateway send payment status to notify_url, We receive the data from the payment gateway, But when I try to Update the Payment Status and Send mail confirmation as per the “shb-payment-ipn.php -Page” the payment and mail are not updating. Please help me to sort out. the sample code as below:

You’ve requested help with this a few times, so I’m just going to try and reiterate what I’ve already said.

So for example if you need help setting up any of the payment gateways which Soho Hotel supports, I’m happy to help with that.
However I cannot help you with complex custom coding work, such as implementing a completely new payment gateway API with PHP.
I’ve mentioned that an update with WooCommerce support is on the way, so after this is released integrating other payment gateways will become a lot easier. Please note there is no release date set for this yet though.

Hello, we are using your Theme for one year now. I got some days ago message that our support package is expiring. Today I prolonged it for 6m still. However, I do not have the original purchase code, as the form where i usually submitted ticket is asking again all the information about purchase and my account. Should I create “Payment Thanks Page” for Paypal Payment to redirect the customer? Because, when I try cash on payment, it’s automatically come thanks message on Booking page. But when I try with Paypal, the same message is not coming.

Why you theme, don’t have sticky header disable option? Normally, All themes have this.
Why your theme won’t allow multiple room booking at ones? Also, When customer search for a room for 5 People, If our room don’t have 5 beds room, the system should be suggest to book, 2beds and 3 beds room.

2.) Why your theme won’t allow multiple room booking at ones? It does, you just need to select the amount of rooms you’re booking using the “Rooms” drop down option in the booking form

But, I meant not that, when I want to book for 5 people, but the hotel’s 5bed rooms already booked. your system says no rooms available. But the hotel still have 2beds and 3beds rooms. So the system should suggest those rooms instead of saying no room available. So, I can book two rooms for five people. I already suggested you this on Ticket Support section to improve your theme. I think on May,2020.
I also suggested you to improve, My account forget password method, That’s going to WordPress Backend to reset the password. That’s also not improved yet.

Hello there, I love the theme and interested in downloading. 2 Questions? 1) It doesn’t mention anything about SEO ready, how is this theme placed in terms of SEO structure and SEO friendly ? I will get an external company to do my SEO and I wouldn’t want them to tell me I need a new site beacuse is not the right one for SEO strategy 2) Has this got a one click demo import ?

1.) The theme is “SEO ready” in the sense that it has all the correct tags and structure, although I’d recommend using a plugin to enhance the SEO, most people use “All in One SEO” which is freely available

Although I don’t think not having up to date versions of WP Bakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution would cause the problems you describe. It sounds like you have a JavaScript error since all the elements which are not working are JS powered. We are using PayU Latam to receive payments using links, but how we could connect PayU with our website using your Theme?
