Hi there, I’d been facing issues while importing the demo content. It will alwaays get stuck at 30+%.

I’d increase the usage for the server already so wondering what is this issue.

hello support, question, when i change the logo in theme settings, all logos, then are logos change in sticky etc but the white X betwene the menu dont change , only when i scroll, where i must change this? regards

You do have our Global options within the PlayerX Options > Logo, so please make sure you have uploaded all the fields in there, but you should know that you also do have settings for logo on the Page options, which if set will overwrite your Global options, so please check this as well.

I have emailed your support. My Theme says already registered on another domain but im using the same, my hosting plan expired and had to reinstall theme, need to get it deregistered to reregister. Site about to launch, please help.

Hey, I found out there is no way to change the color of my scrollbar. Even when looking into the Code and using other plugins. Sad that my support just expired since i just changed the colors of the whole website. Only the color of the red scroll bar remains.

In order to change the scrollbar color, navigate to Appearance > Customize and paste the following code to Additional CSS:

body::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb {
    background-color: #aaa !important;
    outline: #aaa solid 1px !important;
}

@Edge-Themes Hello there, a simple question about Vcard Page (https://playerx.qodeinteractive.com/vcard/) and if you open this page with mobile devices, then the background will hide.

But on my Theme when i open the Vcard in mobile devices, then the Background image is still showing. I am trying since 2 days to copy all the settings from the Vcard like in the demo, but its not working. Is there maybe a CSS Code or something? How you did it in the Demo (https://playerx.qodeinteractive.com/vcard/)?

Since i renamed the Vcard to an other Name, then its not working. I am thankfull for every help i can get :)

Hi, I can’t change the “normal” logo of main page. I’ve updated all logos to the same logo and saved, but it won’t change the url of normal logo, only dark and light. Since this is an error reported in 2019 and still hans’t been fixed I don’t want to renew the support, because when I bought this theme this erros was already present. And three months ago the same error was reported here on comments and nothing was fixed in the newer version. Can you please, tell me in wich file where and what I have to change to fix this? Thanks.

Never mind, sorry to disturb.

I found an old page cache with the answer.

For anyone having the same silly issue, this occours because there’s logo set on page locally in wpbakery “Edge Logo” settings.

That is, you have to go to “Pages > All Pages > Main Home > Edge Logo settings” and remove the logo.

Now the logo that has been set in the PlayerX Options Menu will appear on all pages.

I had the same problem a few months ago I bought the theme, installed it and apparently registered it in my test domain. Now that I’m needing to use the theme in PROD, I wanted to register it and I get the legend “Code is already registered for other domain”.

Could you kindly please help me to deregister the theme to proceed to register it again under the definitive domain where it will be used.

I have tried to send a request through your support page but as my support is expired with you I am not able to.

I would not like to think that the license that I already bought once it is kind of confiscated from your part and that the only way I can recover it is by forcing me to renew the support with you, because it would seem like a scam to me, since I have bought a license that you do not let me use.

Hi, I lost my one site because the one ISP closed. I have moved my domain to another ISP, but have to redo my website. I did not have the chance to deregister the product from the previous website. Now when I want to register it, it gives me an error saying product already registered with another domain, but it is the same domain name.

I just bought this yesterday, and the slider revolution is not working , i try to create new one, and it wasnt showing, also the slider revolution asking me for a premium i thought it was with the theme

Please note that Slider Revolution does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

When disabling WooCommerce, I do not want to use it.

The error is part of Playerx Core.
