We are having the issue with the images not displaying correctly. I can’t see an option on WP to update the theme?
I’ve contacted Bluehost but they sent me here and it seems like many others than had this same issue.

If you have enabled the “No Duplicate Posts On Home” setting in theme settings, that may cause posts to be not displayed. Or the chosen category may have no posts. For further support, please create a topic at our Support Forums and our tech team will assist you.

Hello, I want to explain a problem. I save a post with a featured image. Then, when I want to edit the image by cropping or flipping in the media image edit section – I save the flipped/cropped image and again chose it as featured media. However, the problem starts here: The theme does not update the featured image, it still shows the pre-edited image. Even though I publish or I save the post again after choosing the edited image as featured, it never shows me the edited version of the image. This is a theme issue because ı have tried it with all other themes and it works but when it comes to smartmag, it does not work.
You can test it: save a post with a featured image – then edit the featured image by cropping or flipping – publish the post or check it in the post editor page – changes are not affective and it still shows the unedited version of the featured image.

Hi, excellent looking theme. I recently installed this theme on Vape Shop Australia but I can’t find an option in theme settings to change the copyright information in the footer – is there an option or do I need to manually edit the theme footer code? Please advise, thanks!

Suddenly all images in the website are becoming not available until you mouseover the image. no cache enabled and no new plugin installed. Any suggestion?
problem solved after updating to the latest version
I am having issues using the PageBuilder to build pages, the drag and drop isn’t working and I can’t add widgets to new rows, If I create a new row and tried to add new widgets or drag existing widgets from another row to it, it won’t work. I have tried to deactivate all other plugins to no avail.It sucks

This is not an issue in the latest versions. The demos are using an older version of SmartMag that haven’t been updated to latest version of the theme.

@nicoz; that worked for us but in the process I discovered that we were using an older version of our theme – which for some reason hadn’t been updated by the developers in years. I am really not sure why. Thank you for posting that temp-fix!
@themesphere – we just purchased 3.3.1. Will this work ok? Or do you need to update that to be compatible with WP 5.6?

I’m having the same issue. After today’s WP 5.6 update our images and slider are not visible. I found a temporarily solution by installing the free plugin “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” and setting the option jQuery Version to legacy 1.12.4-wp, but this is just a patch, we need a proper solution…
