Hello, I have been waiting patiently for some code to be put into place. I have done everything you have said and waited patiently. This has gone on day after day. If I respond to the ticket I created I get pushed to the back in line… I own several licenses for this theme and this experience with support has been very frustrating.I am waiting on this code to launch a site for a client. Hello, I updated my Theme today to the latest version 4.5.7 (but not to Elementor) and WP version 5.6 and now my site links/pages no longer work (get “URL was not found on this server”). I worked with my hosting service and they couldn’t figure out the issue.

Note when I make a new “page” I also get the “not found” error. When I change my pages to “Drafts” they then work and are visible, however when I “publish” them they go back to the “not found” error.

Have you heard of or experienced anything similar?

I’m trying to decide between The Gem and Jupiter… which theme has the fastest loading time? and is easiest to manage?

Also, when is the next update due for The Gem?

And are there any new templates due for The Gem? ETA?

I want to create a title and use it on the header of many pages. In the title creator there is no way to set an image as back ground. Any idea?

When creating a page, what does that “Enable One Page Mode” will do exactly? I did not found anything in the document.

TheGem Theme Elements plugin have problem with WP new version

Hi, I am having issues when upgrading to WordPress 5.6 (TheGem Theme Elements has been updated too). Mainly, lazy loading images (styled images for example) don’t load. And WP Bakery page builder doesn’t load on the backend either, not sure if it’s related? Had to reinstall the previous version of WordPress and everything works again. I am aware that support for my item has expired but thought I’d let you know. Best,

I updated to Wordpress 5.6 and “Styled Textboxes” on the page stopped loading. I discovered that was because “Lazy Loading” was enabled in Styled Textboxes Settings.

When I disabled Lazy Loading, the Styled Textboxes appeared OK.

(Using WP Bakery Visual Composer)

hello just bought the regular license of theme so the theme stay forever for my website ?

Hello, just bought the theme and I really like it! But I have just one problem: How do I set up if the portfolio and blog items should be sorted as: newest first listed or oldest first listed.

I got the problem that I uploaded over a hundred portfolio images and it only displays the oldest first. And I want the first page of the portfolio to always have the newest portfolio items. So that the further you digg into the pages the newer the uploaded items are. Means: Visiting the portfolio mainpage (landing) always displays the same items. The oldest.

PS: I am using the “dark portfolio” theme of Gem.
