that template has really terrible CPU leaks. since I installed that template, my server gets down because of cpu limits. I deleted theme, and everything ok again.
On high traffics, that effects terrible. (I installed all optimization tools)

I just installed the theme since I purchase it, and I am not getting email notification from WooComerce when a new user registers, not getting any e-mail when user tries to reset password. No emails at at.
I tried registering users via the /wp-admin path and emails do go through fine.
Also I have checke don Woo Commerce settings on E-MAIL TAB that notifications are checked.
I have also disabled all Plugins and have the same issue. Can you help me to fix this?

Yes, now the GTmetrix based on Lighthouse and shows the same result as Google Pagespeed. We will check what we can do with our demo websites to get the higher scores. But actually, both themes are still optimized and don’t have any performance issues at the moment. These scores are related to our demo websites and not directly to themes.

Hello, I’ve worked with woodmart a lot of time and now I bought Basel and I realized that it doesnt have a friendly editor for header. It doesnt have pre-build elements as woodmart too. Any plan to add this kind of features in the future? Woodmart seems to be more advance theme in comparison

Yes, these functions are available in our WoodMart theme only. Basel is much simpler in terms of customization and currently, we don’t have plans to extend it.

I’d like to update the theme, but it gives me this error:
“An error occurred while updating Basel: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
Is this a hosting related error? Since I tried it on 2 different hosting providers, and neither of them worked unfortunately.

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> Basel -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
