Hello love the theme, I’m using the Vcard Home page and I’m having trouble with the background extending to full height of the screen. I would love to use a video background but both image and video seems to not fill the page properly.

Hey, I tried to connect to instagram on Mikado Options > Social Networks > Instagram by this theme but it returns to {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”} when I hit the button “connect with instagram”. How we’ll fix this?

Hi there, there seems to be a bug where the Portfolio Sidebar Items once added and saved (display fine on the website) but are not bought back through in the admin (appearing like there are none). This means if the portfolio is saved again they are all removed.

I’ve found a bug in vc_empty_space.php. At the end you render inline css with this: echo esc_attr($inline_css); This seems to cause an escape error, the height is rendered with two double quotes. For some reason it still works on desktop but not on mobile, the height is ignored due to wrong rendering. I found echo $inline_css; works.

Bit of a show-stopper bug which makes the theme unusable with Safari on iOS – pressing back causes a white screen:

If you refer to the Fontawesome icon package it is not in the plan as it will require a lot of modification in our theme. So, unfortunately, this is not possible.
You can always add a custom icon and upload your own image of the icon.
Sorry about the misunderstanding and we hope that you will manage to achieve this with a Custom Icon instead.

Hi, following from my support request for the non-compatibility issue with Woocommerce Gift Vouchers, I have debugged this and found it is the missing variable.php file in the theme woocommerce files. I added the default variable.php file from the Woocommerce plugin and it now works. Can you please add this to the next update? Thanks

Hi there, it seems that the revolution slider is not working properly since the last update. I cannot edit the slider because the slider only appears in code in the dashboard. However, when the side area is open and visible you are unable to scroll over it on both desktop and mobile devices. It seems like the Instagram developers changed their API lately so all Instagram-related feeds stopped working. This is not the case just for our plugin, but all others that are relying on their system. We are in touch with them and we’re patiently waiting for solution. You do have an option to import only the content, but if you have already edited the themes pages this might overwrite the existing pages which you have already edited. So the best practice would be to install the theme on a subdomain or localhost and you can copy that particular page to your live domain.

Please note that you do have the option to Upload the logo within the global Options. Mikado Options > Logo as well as you do have the Logo options an each page as well, so please check if possible the logo is uploaded on the Page settings and either replace it or remove it. As once set on Page it will overwrite the Global Options.
