It had been reported you on 20th July 2021 which is the date of WP 5.8 Release. Unfortunately, I could not upgrade my website because of your development. It has reported more than 45 days… How long should we wait more?

I have been using this theme since 2016 and it a great theme; however, it has flaws. I purchased the Bakery page builder but when I click on it I get a spinning icon in the middle of the page and it never takes me to where it is supposed to. Now I go to add qualifications to my about page and that section is missing from the left menu. It used to be in there because I added qualifications but now after updates, it cannot be found? I purchased 6 months support but am unable to request support because it is not taking the license number that I put in and I don’t see anywhere else to put in a license number. This is extremely frustrating when you want to do a quick change to the site and it has taken over an hour to get nowhere.
In looking at their documentation for setting up the theme I also see that I am missing these dashboard categories: Comments, Testimonial, Qualification, Service, Event and Sidebars. Can anyone tell me where these went? How am I to edit my theme without these?

Please use the “Login with Envato” button and log in to your support account. After, you can submit a ticket.
Regarding the custom post types, you need to install the core plugins of the theme.

I cannot access support. I am logged in, it tells me how many days I have left. It is asking me for a code and not taking the code I put in. Where is all this? What are core plugins?? I am missing parts of the Health Coach theme! Missing is: Testimonial, Qualification, Service, Event, Sidebars. Where did they go? I seriously want to cry! This is soooo difficult!

Cheers?? I feel like drinking after reading your response :) lol!! There are elements missing from the theme. These are NOT plugins! These elements NEVER were plugins. If there were plugins, then why are they NOT showing up under the plugins section? You must think I am a WordPress pro and can guess what you are telling me to do but sadly I am like a 6-year old and absolutely have no clue. Your responses are not helping me at all just causing me further frustration. Are you familiar with the Health Coach theme?? If not, go into the theme sample and look at the menu on the left….it lists like this: Dashboard | Posts | Media | Pages | Comments | Testimonial | Qualification | Service | Event | Sidebars | Contact etc. What I have is this: Dashboard | Posts | Media | Popup Builder | Links | Pages | Comments | Contact. As you can see I am now missing Testimonial, Qualification, Service, Event, Sidebars. Where did they go? Again, these are NOT plugins. Cheers! :)
Please stop ignoring my comments. Services, Events, Testimonials, etc. are custom post types and they are part of the STM Post Types plugin. Therefore, I asked to check the Appearance > Install Plugins section to ensure that plugin is active.
If those sections aren’t available in your Dashboard, then the STM Post Type isn’t installed or active on your website.
Please be aware, we provide customer support exclusively on our support website. If you still have problems with custom post types, please kindly submit a ticket since the comment section is only for pre-purchase and quick questions.
Moreover, there are more than 10K customers who actively submit tickets without any problems.

Thank you for a response that helps me out! I couldn’t submit support because it is not easily found on your site (at least to me). I would assume the 10k that have submitted tickets without any problems have either submitted tickets before so know the process. Your response regarding the Plugins was EXACTLY what I was looking for from the beginning. Something I could use and that makes sense to me. You mentioned that you are using the theme since 2016 and core plugins are a basic part of the theme. It isn’t possible to use the theme without those plugins for 5 years.

Very Bad Company and Very Bad Support. After Theme update and Wordpress update my client’s website was down for a month. They couldn’t do anyting and the problem was in the theme. The problem solved from my host provider’s technicians with a fresh install of theme and plugins from theme. I advice everyone to avoid this company and their themes. Only damage and nothing else.

According to the history of your requests, our support agent recommended installing the theme on another hosting to make sure that there is no problem with the theme. So if the reinstallation of the theme has solved the problem, it is obvious that there is no problem with the theme itself.
Before the release of any update, we conduct automatic and manual testing of our theme. However, during the installation/update process, there may occur unexpected issues related to the work of other plugins or problems with the server-side. There might be an interruption on your server or website during the update.
It isn’t possible to recognize such kinds of unexpected issues and interruptions after the update process is done. And it isn’t fair to blame us for such kinds of issues.

Does anyone know how to change the footer of this theme where it has the girl flexing her arm muscles and the text “Visit my Shop” and also the footer right at the bottom where it has the copyright text? The user guides for this theme are woeful!

You can manage the Footer settings in the Theme Options > Footer section. The footer settings are divided into 3 sections – Banner, Widget, Copyright.

The blog page is a native WordPress page, it isn’t editable by default.

Does someone know how to solve this problem? Since I only have 2 weeks of having bought this theme. I’ve been testing the mind body widget with other templates and it works fine. but with this it is not working properly.

Does this theme include a child theme?
Theme Options Disappeard After updating Health Coach from 1.3 to 2.3 my theme options menu is gone. I have all my plugins deactivated but could not see any theme options. If I revert the directory back to the old version – theme options come back. When I restore the new healthcoach directory with the 2.3 version the theme options go away. I did this with ALL plugins disabled. I’m running Wordpress 5.4.2. I’m also using the health coach child as my active theme.
Any idea what is causing this?
