Looks like you got it in wrong direction, i did not said that we are not going to provide support for your previous purchase, the refund i mentioned was to pay you back if you are not using this item classiads,

by default we don’t have a import/export functionality, our listings are custom post types you can use any third party import/export plugin for this purpose.

What is not available in the new listing systemTo top Some content fields for example date/time and hours field are not available, MapBox addon not available anymore. Mobile OTP addon not available anymore. Category icons library is not available anymore, rather you can upload your own icon images for each category. by upgrading to the new listing system you would have to set category icons again Reserva booking option is no more available Twilio SMS addon currently not available, Listingtypes taxonomy is no more available previous translations would not work with new listing system.

1. Can I use this theme for creating subscription based “Artist Management” platform. Where I wanted models and photographers to search each other and book their photo shoots.
2. Both the parties should be able to create and manage their own profile, like uploading their personal information and photos.
3. And is it possible to add custom profile field like, height, size, eye color, hair color etc. under single parent field.
4. I don’t want author or admin to create multiple artist profile, artist should able to create their own profile.
5. Is it possible to add profile photo

1 – ok to purchase classiads theme, a regular license can be used for 1 parent domain, sub-domain and staging not count for, and extended license can be used for unlimited domains.
2 – for payment system to charge your client for listing ads you can create unlimited packages of own choice whether free or paid. payment system is based on woocomerce, So you can use any woocomerce addon available in your country.
