You can set the subtitles to be any HTML element you want (check the documentation for instructions). To see what element it is now, try right clicking on a subtitle that you are able to highlight with the mouse, and click Inspect Element. The developer tools should show you the HTML element it is.

Thanks for trying to help, but that isn’t the correct way to fix it. The lightbox works fine in the latest Zeen version. The fix is to simply update to the latest version. f it isn’t working for you, then it’s something else (not Zeen) causing it. You can open a ticket and someone from support can help you investigate.

But again, to confirm, Zeen is 100% working fine. The demo sites are running the latest Zeen version and WordPress 5.6, with zero issues (as you can see yourself by going on them)

It must be a cache issue or similar, as WordPress 5.6 and latest Zeen version 100% work well together.

Update: i try to use a different theme (wp free theme) and working fine. I have try to delete and re-install Zeen nothing change. Now i have issue also on the desktop version (every links/posts you try to open, the website open a white page with an “X” in the high right corner).

Maybe a “swipebox” issue. Im not a dev, but i check the code about the white screen with “X” and find this https://prnt.sc/w029en

Yeah, you can use Divi with no problems. The only thing is that it’s a bit bloated, so using it makes your site slower. If you want specific blocks, remember to send the suggestions in as the Tipi Builder will get lots of new blocks over time, so suggestions are really useful. The Tipi Builder is much lighter, so using it would be much more beneficial to your site

The theme has literally zero problems though, it’s quite frustrating that you claim this again but never want to ask for help from us. You are one of the very few users to have rated Zeen 1 star too, where you claimed the review shortcode doesn’t work, when it 100% does (you can see it working normally on the demo site again).

You left that 1 star review over 2 years ago too, yet you are still using the theme 2 years later. Surely you don’t really believe the theme is a 1 star theme if you have been using it for 2 years+?

I hope you ask the support team for help this time, as everything is 100% working fine in Zeen. There are zero problems. And I really hope you can reconsider your 1 star review, as it’s very misleading to other customers :/

I’m going to keep this short – the theme 100% works fine. There are zero known issues. Which you can see yourself on the demo sites and any other Zeen customer site. Your issue is exclusive to your site, and when you opened a ticket years ago, the support team tried to help and replied to your question but you never followed up again.

If you want to get help fixing your problem (because, again, the theme 100% works fine with no problems), then you need to open a ticket at http://codetipi.ticksy.com where the support team will happily help you. However, we will not tolerate aggression or abusive behaviour, so please remain professional and then you will receive the great support Codetipi is known for.

Also, just in case you’re not aware – a single Themeforest license is valid for one site only. If you want to use a theme on multiple sites legally, then you need to purchase a separate license for each site.

Re the file list, I’m afraid that won’t happen as Zeen updates are proper updates and as such, multiple files are constantly being changed/refined. Other themes that list the files changed in updates do it because their updates are tiny and barely change anything.

However, I’m guessing that you want a file list to then upload the changed files manually via ftp or similar, that implies you are making code changes to other main theme files so you don’t want to install the full updated version zip to not lose those file customizations – this is not good practise and actually not needed with Zeen.

Zeen was coded with filters/hooks/etc everywhere so you never need to edit core theme files, all code customizations you will ever want to apply can be done via the child theme. This mdoern approach means you can add your customization code to the child theme, and update the parent (core) theme using the automated method without any worries and minimize issues.

To be clear, I really like “zeen”, the code is written well, logically and cleanly. It is well thought out and has a lot of useful solutions that I like.

You guessed right, and of course I use filters and hooks where possible, but in many places that just isn’t the case. Some solutions require major modifications directly in the code. E.g:

- limiting the autoloading of next posts so that they do not load infinite,

- the ability to select e.g. 2 or 3 posts and the order in which they are loaded under the post, and not loading previous posts from the same category.

- I also coded the autoloading of the next posts for AMP, with the same logic described above and with support for Google Analitics.

- I wrote a data migrator from the Rehub theme,

- improved integration with RankMath, e.g. I take the titles set in this plugin (if any) and add them to the IPL loader so there are no titles differences in Google statistics

- I also rewritten the inline post block, because it was useless when adding posts on the basis of the drop-down list (where the page has 40,000 posts), I added a post search there.

- I have also rewritten the logic of how Disqus comments work when they are autoloaded under the post. Deleting comments in one place to load in another, though necessary with Disqus, causes layer shifting. That’s why I made the first post load Disqus normally, and in the next post I only put the button that takes you to the post and moves it to comments. Simple and it works.

The list goes on and on, but it’s also very individual needs for the most part, so there’s no point in bothering you.

Re The autoloading of next posts: That can be turned off in the theme options > posts though. If you want it off on selected posts, you can find an override option inside each individual post’s options too. Not sure if this helps, but mentioning just in case.

The others are more specific, although if you can share what you mean by the Rank Math title, I can get it added to the core theme too, as it sounds like something RankMath users would be grateful for. Send an email via Codetipi profile here on Themeforest if you’d like that.
