I don’t like to create any tickets on external
websites because I sometimes forget my
credentials, I purchased many stuff from
envato so if each creator ask ticket we must
take a long time to fix the problem of the item.
so I hope answering me here.

sometimes I forget the access info and I need to rolled back to the issue and its solving, so tickets will not the correct solution for such matters.

What does this important message mean? “Note: All images are just used for Preview Purpose Only. They are not part of the theme and NOT included in the final purchase files.” Does it mean, images and other demo content are not included? If you are going to include free images, do you have live site with the images?

We are providing free demo content setup with our theme. The demo content is same as our live site excluding the images. We are using paid images on our live site so we cannot distribute them with our demo content. So we are using free images replacing all paid images. Also the text content (heading, title, description etc) are the same as our live site. So all the content is the same.

I think you install SSL in your site after theme installation. So Theme Options CSS & JS didn’t get loaded in your site. But you can easily solve this in your site. Just set https in general settings as describe in screenshot https://imgur.com/a/Q0mnjv0

The titlebar image you want to change is display from Theme Options. So just go to Anomica Options > Titlebar Setting and set your bg image in Titlbar Background options. Save your changes and it will be done. Also we receive your support ticket and our team already reply for it.
