I have bought Flatsome’s WordPress theme the other day. And I tried to fix my homepage by using UX Builder. Please see attached images. I selected my favorite background, and then I pressed “Apply” button. Next,I pressed “Update” button, then I tried to leave this page. But the warning “Exit? All changes since last save will be lost”, and my correction that I have made was not saved and reflected. What should I do? What do you think is a problem? Please teach me. I am waiting for your reply.

since updating to WP 5.6 I have issue with the the theme costumize option and my images are not loading on my website for new costumers it just has a loading.

I use wprocket for cache, but the menu button can not work only when “combine JS files” on mobile. whick JavaScript files should be excluded? thanks

Having the same issue as intellectualninjas in the previous comment. No background images are loading in the UX Builder.

I received the theme “speed” upgrade, but sadly I see no speed improvements. I though that the problem is my server (4cores, 8GB, SSD, $40, VPS server), my website or the plugins so I decided to test YOUR demo websites and the results are even worse – I get results for mobile page speed in the range 25 – 52 out of 100!!!

The results show pagespeed around 40%. This number is far from the advertised 98/100 result in the theme presentation.

I must say that even after so may updates, the theme is as bad as it was in the beginning, no improvement at all.

Also I see that others, who bought the theme also experience the same speed problems with the theme, but instead of improving the theme you direct us to the support channel, where you “hide” the problem.

If the speed problem have a solution, then share it here in the comments?! Show us the 98/100 results you advertise!

As of WP 5.6, we aren’t seeing any background images in the UX Builder. Both on Flatsome 3.12.3 and 3.13.0. Deactivated all styling and plugins, same result. There’s a handful of small bugs we haven’t seen before.

Hi there, first of all I just want to say Flatsome is amazing and I’ve used Flatsome for different companies for quite some time! I’ve just gone to update my personal website and the Theme Registration (which now uses Envato Tokens) is giving me a bit of grief! I’ve generated a token with all of the permissions and it’s still saying the token is invalid. Any advice?

I’m interested in getting this theme for a boutique online clothing store. Can you tell me does the theme also provide nice styling on product variable options (sizes, colours etc.) or are they the default woocommerce layouts? A lot of other woo themes seem to neglect this part of the product page which means I usually end up buying something like TM extra product options

Is there any type of popup functionality that can be set to a button or link? Ideally with an html popup (so anything can be placed inside). Wondering if this is in the works orrrrr if you have a plugin that works great with your theme for this functionality?
