The theme is good but not customizable. There is no way to change the layout of job offers on the home page by placing them in a grid 4 horizontally and 8 vertically

You can’t please everyone ;)

Hi! Please help me to solve the problem: the button Apply for a job not appeared on the listing page. Link for example https://antalrussia.ru/job/htq8oy/ It does not work on all jobs. In settings, it is on If I will update any job, a button appears…It is very strange…

Hi

maybe the application deadline is set to day in past, or there’s no application email/url set or the applications are closed in job settings

Hi, Is it possible to use Elementor with this theme?

Generally yes, but we don’t have any special elements for Elementor, we will be adding support for it in near future

Problem with Structural data markup on Product Review Snippet.

Google has been throwing lots of errors in Product Review Snippet in Search Console. I think something is wrong with the product structural data markup. I currently have the following errors in my search console:

Missing field “itemReviewed” 3,255 errors, Missing field “ratingValue” 3,131 errors

I have no idea on how to fix this. Please help me investigate this error and proffer solutions.

Hi, When the user registers, he stays on the My account page. However, when he connects there is a redirect to the home page. How do I get the Internet user to be redirected to the homepage too? The options in WS Core have not changed anything. Can you help me?

Hi

the redirect should work, but it’s only for static page form, it’s not for AJAX popup login/registration form

Hi, I set up as a separate page. Not working :(

Hi, since a few days the map is no longer interactive with the sort categories, regions, etc…no filter. Can you help me?

Hi

Can you share link to the page with this problem?

You must register to access all filters https://cmylocal.fr/toutes-nos-adresses/ Thanks

There’s a bunch of JS errors in console, most likely because of the cache/optimization plugin you are using, try to disable it, make sure you have everything updated, and clear cache in your browser. If that won’t work after that, please contact me via Support Tab with admin access to your site.

i have just installed your theme, after posting new job its not showing on map as a pin, i don’t know the issue can you help me it ?

You can use MapBox for front-end map display, but to geocode the location data of job listing when it’s created, you need Google Maps API

Now i have placed the Google maps Api but still pins are not visible on Map. I have test my APi on below link it shows result but not showing result on map using your theme. Please have a look, You have my wp-admin details please check it

Hi

I replied to your email, it works now

Hello, before I buy?

1. that there is an option to fix the header (menu) on the mobile version (sticky menu) without the addition and additional css

2. I want to offer the company to start publishing a list of jobs for free, if it is possible to determine a pricing plan

thanks:)

some one questions…

I understand that he is the best job manager on the market, and your theme is built around him, but also other themes with complete solutions with features, which in case of buying your themes should pay extra to buy accessories from wp job manager.

Will you explore in your topic other additional wp job manager

If you are asking if we will include the WP Job Manager premium add-ons in the theme, than no, that’s not possible, they have to be bought separately.

is it possible to set this up, so employers posting a job, pay first, then fill in details to post a job? do you have video instructions or a step by step before I purchase the theme. thanks

If he buys the package and pays for he of course will have option to select that package when he will be adding new job, but those are 2 separate processes, I thought you are asking to have it when he clicks Post a Job

I am really confused. I want to buy this theme right now. BUT im super confused.

Why are there 2 separate processes, as you say, to pay for a package for a new jobs? An employer will go to post a job first, then select package. they will not go to pricing page then buy then go to post a job. make sense? please clearly explain or create a video or something. Obv there is something I am not understanding. please clearly explain the user journey on how an employer is supposed to buy a package after they post a job?

Hi

this process is explained in the the page I linked before https://wpjobmanager.com/document/woocommerce-paid-listings/#section-4

the Job Submission Flow is the way it should be done.

We do have Pricing Tables page in demo just because some users asked about it and they have some purpose for it.

Hi! Can you help me? This plugin is very interesting to me, but I wanted to know if it has an admin panel? I mean for changing colors, logos, job classes, languages, and accepting payments? Thank you!

How can i try it?

We don’t have admin demo access, sorry

I understand that you don’t have admin panel testing? Have you got any screenshots? If so, where can I see them?

Are you guys planning to update soon as wp-bakery needs an update as its broken due to latest wp core update don’t really want to purchase wp-bakery again. thanks greg

I can’t find the plugin in the download

Appearance -> Install Plugins

Thanks great. greg

And another question is about single resumes:

On you demo site (for example on this page https://workscout.in/resume/mike-jackson/) candidate categories and skills are organised into 2 different columns in the header of the resume. It looks very nice and practical. But I’ve found out that on my website – they are not. There are no 2 colums for categories and skills. Everything is messed together…

The only one exeption is when I look on a resume page from the Appearance > Customize section of my website. When I browse resumes from this technical section of the website, I see that candidate’s categories and skills are divided into two columns.

Do you have an idea how to fix it and make look resumes on my website like on your demo website?

Thank you. I see the video But, unfortunately I don;t understand what I actually should do to make my website looks like the demo site… May be you will have an opportunity to fix it having acess to my website that I’ve sent you in the support section

I don’t know how else I can explain it, you simply need more content there to have it displayed in 2 columns https://www.dropbox.com/s/9i4ytxbr8636y6i/screenshot%202020-12-18%20at%2019.23.50.png?dl=0

Ok, It seems that I’ve guessed. There should be more categories and skills options in order to group them on a resume.

Thank you! I see what you’ve ment. And checked how it works

Hi! I have a question regarding Browse Candidates page. On your demo site on this page https://workscout.in/resumes/ all the filters are placed on the top the page (before resumes) when we visit it from a smartphone. But on my website https://tigertalents.com/resumes-search/ all the filters are shown in the bottom of the page (when we visit it from a mobile device). This is very unpractical…

How can I place those search filters on the top part of the Browse Candidates page to make them look like on your demo site?

Hi, I have faced the same problem again on the English version of my website. Regarding search filters position on the Browse Candidates page when we visit it from a mobile device. All the filters are on the bottom the page, but they should be on the top.

Can you help me again? Or just tell where and how I should chenge the template.

I can contact you via support tab giving the access.

Oh, now… It is the same problem again and again… Filters on the Browse Candidates page are shown in the bottom of the page when you look on it from mobile device :-(((( It is awful

I’m sending you a message via the Support tab

Hello sir/madam, i hope you are doing great, this theme looks very useful for me. But i want to know that can i add or edit form fields according my requirements, like dropdown, checkbox and etc

Hi,

Again a great theme. I’ve a pre-sale question.

Is it possible to disable job-posting for everyone, so only I can post jobs? Another thing, I can’t login to your demo with the credentials. Thank you

Hi, sure, it is possible. Thanks for letting us know about issue on demo

Thank you, I see demo is fixed now.

My case: I want a job board with only my jobs on it, so only I can post jobs. You said that is possible. Is it possible to disable registration for account as “Employer”? The option for candidate is ok, I want to disable the Employer.

Can you share demo with adminpanel if possible?

Yes you can disable Employer registration. We don’t have admin panel demo, sorry.

Hi,

Presale Question…..

I would like to make the job board completely private. Meaning that in order to access both candidates / employers / jobs you must Sign Up. Furthermore, the Home Page will not have a search feature. Is this possible with this theme?

Thank you!

Hi

out of the box there’s no such option, but you can try https://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-content/

Hi!

My subscription here has a bit expired. But I’ve just found out a fault in the Theme. Resumes search functionality with regions filter is not working at all… When I try to use regions (or location) filter on the Resumes List page – nothing happens. After choosing a region there is a “processing” signal, but it doesn’t lead to any filtering of resumes by region – I choose a specific region, and resumes whith only this region should be diplayed. But, unfortunatelly, all the resumes with all kinds of regions are still displayed.

May be you know how to fix this issue?

It might. Are you using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/cyr2lat/? If not please install it

I’ve finally fixed the bug. It has appeared that the newest version of Regions for WP Job Manager plugin doesn’t work well with the theme. And it has started to work ok after I rolled back the plugin to the version 1.16

Thanks for the feedback

Is there a minimum advisable space requirement from hosting provider for this theme?

Hi

space limits are rarely a problem nowadays on server hosting. Assuming you want to have some content with images etc at least 500MB would be ok
