Support Question. Never had any problem with site but as always when support is gone there is an issue. I can’t login on the frontend with customer account. Flatsome uses the default WooCommerce login forms and feature. We don’t control the login system. It may caused by caching or a cookie issue.

Is it possible to disable/hide the small pop-up window “Edit Block” with the UX Builder and WP Edit button? When working and ‘Inspecting’ a site it’s sometimes in the way to measure things accurately. When I’m in Inspector mode on a site is there a CSS I can find to turn this off or how would I do this on-the-fly?

There is no easy and permanent way to do that for now. You can use the snippet (with the Code Snippets plugin) below while in development mode. This will hide all tooltips on the page for admins.

Hi Team, I found out a problem. In a standard page I would like the editor function “read more” for the content on a wordpress site. More is included and visible in the UX Builder. But after saving on the frontend the read more is not available?!

I have a website running on your theme and using:

This is an official WooCommerce plugin and it was working fine for me until 13th of December. Something happened then and it does not work anymore, have a look at it yourself:

It’s already included by WooCommerce. You can set that from Flatsome>Theme Options>WooCommerce>Product Catalog -> Shop page display / Category display -> Show categories & products.
I see.
1. There is just 1 problem, when category ends, products start to show immediately so they are together in the same row as categories. Where can we set that products will be shown in new row? (
2. is also possible to adjust categories to another form (size of picture, title position/size/color)

I have bought Flatsome’s WordPress theme the other day. And I tried to fix my homepage by using UX Builder. Please see attached images. I selected my favorite background, and then I pressed “Apply” button. Next,I pressed “Update” button, then I tried to leave this page. But the warning “Exit?
