Hi, Since few days, i can’t open Porto Studio from back office. No javascript error, but the overlay doesn’t load. I use the last version of theme and Wordpress. I use Wordfence too to protect my website.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins from your site and then go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and finally try to use the Porto Studio again, I am sure your issue will solve and if not then please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check it for you on your site.

On the last template update, I have an issue with images displaying properly in the STM Listing tabs style 2 element in page builder. Please see https://imgur.com/a/uIx5tnc When the page first loads, the images in these boxes point to a random path that doesn’t exist. When I toggle between Popular and Recent above, the path updates to the correct one.

Hi. i just bought porto, i installed it via ftp, but: 1- when activating it and seeing requirements, it tells me that the zip file is missing. How do I upload this zip file? 2- It also asks me to increase the limit of PHP max_input_vars …. I enter my cpannel and modify the rest of the PHP requirements but I do not see specifically PHP max_input_vars .. where do I place it?

File /porto/woocommerce/wishlist-view.php has incorrect translation names for column names.

Here for example: <?php echo apply_filters( ‘yith_wcwl_wishlist_view_name_heading’, __( ‘Product’, ‘yith-woocommerce-wishlist’ ) ); ?>

But there ii no ‘Product’ in yith-woocommerce-wishlist. It has to be ‘Product name’. The same for other columns.

No, the original plugin files are correct and have correct translation domains: “Product name”, “Unit price” and so on. Have a look at the file /wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/templates/wishlist-view.php.

The template that you supply with the theme uses incorrect translation domains. Please fix it.

You can simply go to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Content and click on any Shop Demo, Now click on details and un-check override existing content as showing below:

This will Import the Demo for you on your site but will not override your old/existing content which you have on your site, for example, pages/posts/products/custom-post-types, etc… and vice versa if you check it before importing the Demo content.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPS if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPS from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

1. Search icon has disappeared from mobile view. 2. In Desktop view the search icon is font-awesome icon and not porto-search-icon as it used to be before the update and looks too small.

then the icon looks thicker than the others which is not nice (I can’t use font-weight in font-awesome icons to correct this):

This is because it is FontAwesome Icon and it has set the Font-Weight of 900, so if you change the Font-Weight, it will not work because FontAwesome 5 Free requires Font-Weight 900 to show, so you have to change the icon for it: https://postimg.cc/0KSqhkw6

All I am asking is how to change the icon back to porto-search-icon.

Really sorry for the misunderstanding, I did not understand your issue properly.

If you want to use the Porto Icons, you can use below given Custom CSS and change the Icon code in the below given Code as per your requirements, you have to add the code under Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS.

Really sorry for the inconvenience, I have just tested it at my end on my IOS and finds the same issue, it means this is the issue with our Theme because of the latest version of WordPress. You can go with the default dropdown layout of the variations for now.

We are really sorry at this time for this inconvenience and apologizing for it, and really thankful to you for notifying this issue to me, I am forwarding this issue to the development department for testing it in deep and fix it with the upcoming updates of the Theme, so please be patience for now and again apologizing for this.

The minimum requirements to using our Theme are listed in the Theme Documentation here:

But to using the plugins like WP Bakery, WooCommerce, Elementor etc… you have to set your server minimum requirements as listed below for best performance.

upload_max_filesize 64M

Cannot create any new page/block with wp-bakery. It throws some blank screen. Wp-bakery wrking only with old pages that were created in that plugin.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Hi Team, I have already debugged these things. But this issue was not old. It is a new issue that came a few days back. I guess this is something with Porto theme and porto woocomerce form login.php. Kindly provide a solution because it is directly related to porto itself.

So please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the WooCommerce plugin and MultiVendor plugin, if you are using it on your site, If yes, then purchase the support extension and contact us so we will look into it for you.

HI, im am working on this theme with porto. Everything works so far fine with WPML. The only issues we are now having is that we want for every languages a different header/logo ( logo is more importent ) is that possible? If yes? how!?
