Hello, i am having a woocommerce with porto theme (v5.5.3) but the site is always loading on firefox and edge (chromium) but on chrome is fine. Most of the pages are loading continusly… Can you please check this? https://cutandcook.gr/

This is because of the cache or incompaitability of your server with that loading overlay, I can see you have lightspeed server and cache on your server as well.

Please remove the server cache and then deactivate it and then remove the site cache and deactivate all the cache plugins from your site and finally remove the browser cache, and check back.

If this will still not work for you then turn OFF the loading overlay from Porto >> Theme Options >> General.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 13/04/2018. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

No sorry to say that but this is not possible, as there is no such option in our Theme for add ajax to the cart on the single product page, This requires customization, or you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

WPBakery Problem Getting error on required plugin install: “Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

Sorry – tried direct download but this results in the same result as above “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.”

Fixed: Please note – To get it to work I had to extract all the files and then zip up the js_composer folder.

Ok thanks for the response. I found out that caption is displayed on Masondry Images Layout. The problem is that in masonry layout (porfolio) when you click an image it pops up a small thumbnail instead of a larger image. Can you advise me with that? Thanks

That is also the default functionality, you have to Customize the Theme core files responsible for that masonry layout (portfolio), there is no such option in our Theme for it.

Doing this with loco is done once, because when the update arrives, the template is reset. When it is necessary to add a new word, it is necessary to sync it in po. and then everything I’ve done before is gone. This is a very important parameter that needs to be changed through the theme admin panel.

This is not a Bug, but this is the default functionality and you want to change it then it will become the feature request, and as Customizing in the Child Theme, you have to override the Parent-Theme function into Child Theme as per your requirements on your on because this requires extra Customization.

I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

It’s because your server environment can not access our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Can you explain where the global settings are for mobile responsive? For example the banner block at the top is getting chopped off on my mobile device, and I cannot find a way to make it fit the screen. The rest of the home page seems to fit ok on mobile, but the top banner is chopped at the right side.

Disregard, seems it has to be fixed in the VC element settings within the block editor although the behavior is not always as expected.
