I have purchased this theme and ONLY posting in here because I have had no response to my ticket. Had many issues trying to upload theme after countless times as a result of issues with “System Status” even though everything had a green checkmark that all was good! Now, it says my purchase code is invalid! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESET MY PURCHASE CODE!

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.

It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com

Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.

OR

Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.

OR

The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Hi. I bouth this theme and on the last version, mini cart off canvas does no work on mobile devices. Also, the logo is not showing up on sticky header for mobile or desktop, even if i check the option to show logo on sticky header. I also would like to do not show products out of stock on porto woocommerce shortcodes. I do not want to hide those products from the catalog, since I will use a plugin to notify the custommer when they become available for purchase. I hope you can fix these bug soon.

You are using header type 1 on your site and for header builder, how it works, let me explain to you:

Header is divided into 3 rows: https://ibb.co/bzHSpQ2

1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

This is how it works and it is the default functionality of the Theme.

About the logo on sticky header, sorry to tell you that, but this new way is just not right. Dont know why you changed that, but wathever would be the reason, there is something you should know: If some one buys your theme, regardless their purpose, if he use sticky header, i have shure he will want his logo to apear on it no matter what regardless if logo is on top, middle or bottom header. On my project for exemple, i use header bottom for the menu and the logo is on header middle, because the it fits better the pourpose of my cliente. And now he keeps telling me that the logo does not appear on sticky menu. Maybe you would want to review this feature, since i am not the only one complaining.

I am sorry but this is how the Header Builder works, this is the default functionality of the Theme and you can not change it, and if you want the Logo in the sticky header as well then you have to use the pre-built header type which has this functionality, you can check by enabling the pre-built header type on your site one by one and use which better meets your requirements.

Hi! WP is requesting for plugin update of WPBakery Page Builder to v6.5, which is not inside your last update of Porto 5.5.3! Can you supply it to me please? . Actually, my WPBakery Page Builder is v6.4.2. . If it’s going to be a pain to update each time the plugins of Porto then I’m thinking of getting refund for the entire Theme!!!! . You should maybe just lower the price of your theme and not include those two plugins so people would have direct service with cie who makes the plugins and yourself concentrate on your template. It’s my opinion, point of view!!! Don’t worry I still like you guy’s! :-)

Hello: I went to update to the latest version of the theme and after I went to update the plugins. Now the WPBakery plugin is stuck and will not activate. I go back and forth. Plugins says Update required. When I goto the Install Plugins page it says Update. When I update nothing happens. I went to my FTP and loaded the NEW plugin that was attached to your download. Status just says “installed But not activated, requires update” Installed version 6.4.2 – Available – 6.5

Update… I had to get my own licensed copy of 6.5 WP Bakery to get this to work. Your download is a OLD version. I’ll have to do this again with my other site that has this theme too.
