Hello, We just purchased and installed the theme. I see there are many child theme under the main theme. And there is feature to allow switching between different child themes. However, we tried to switch but it doesn’t work. We tried to post this question in the forum but the reply is that this issue is not supported. Any one can help?

Hi, I’m taking over the existing website development that works on Eduma template. The theme seems to be registered (since there is a De-register tab). but when I click on Update i get this

I’m waiting for the access credentials to the theme from the previous developer, but most likey he won’t reply. It looks like we need to re-purchase the theme.
Meanwhile can you answer 2 questions:
1. Is there something wrong with the theme? Why it gives ‘no update package available’ message?
2. Is there a way for us to regain the license code from the theme settings?

And I cant eve deregister the existing license to provide a new one we just purchased, you click on De-register and nothing happens….. The cick itslef works not bothing happens and no option to register appears.

Hi I am having problems with my last EDUMA update. The course videos are not shown in the lessons. I thought it was a problem with VIMEO PRO which I had shared with another colleague and this is not the problem either, in fact I bought vimeo pro and I still have the same problem. I even restored the database and files up to a week ago.

critical I have an error in my Wordpress web site (www.kea.lk) and I am using one of yours themes for developing the web page, There is an error appearing when I am trying to activate the Learnpress plugin (There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.) and I have removed the Learnpress plugin and then the site was working properly, and I have installed that plugin in my other website and the site has gone down until I removed the plugin from the directory. I asked a question about Comments in Course – tag pages in Eduma forum but I didn ’ t get a clear answer . I found that all of comments I have approved before ( In courses or lessons ) , are available in Course – tag pages , It happens in Course – tag pages only , not in Course or Course – categories or Post – tag pages . Is it a correct or may show some issues ?

I am interested to buy this theme. I have few question before buying this theme. Currently My website is in .net based I want to make it in word press. I have simple website with payment gateway. In my existing website I have functionality I have one page where user fill the form with name, country fields and after form submission, on the basis of country selection new page will show like if country is India user will see one page with some if and buy now button and redirect to razor pay all other user will go to another page and pay via stripe. is it possible with this theme
