Please Login in to your site via CPanel and edit the file general.php under wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions and change the { } braces with [ ] braces on line 178, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

You have to download the complete zip format file of the Jost Font from Google and then upload that complete zip format file of the font from Porto >> Theme Options >> Font Control, save changes and then you will be able to use the font from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Typography as per your requirements.

Please follow all the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in solving your issue.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

I understand that downloadable product functionality is provided by woo-commerce but while using the Porto theme will I get a proper design for the digital products? I do not see any such demo built in your theme. Just wanted to test it before buying.

Hello after I upgrade to latest version from a very old one, the only think I have not made correct is the “Category Content Position” backgraound color. On the old version these 2 fields had a transparent black for category name and red for number of products. There is no option for that I see. How can I made it via CSS?

Can you only tell me where exactly can i change the header stuff size? for example i have selected 1 header but i would need to make logo, menu buttons and social icons shown in header 2x bigger… is there any setting to increase those values? As i couldn’t find it anywhere in theme options.

You can change the Logo size from Porto >> Theme Options >> General >> Logo & Icons and the rest of the elements, you have to change it using Custom CSS.
