Hello, thanks for your great design. However I have always had a problem with it since purchase. Now unfortunately my support is expired and i dont want to have to pay again for support I should have had when I first expereinced the homepage not loading correctly on many devices… The site woirked for the intial support period. Can you please help me?? I dont want to pay twice for a design Im already having troubles with. I know its the design thats the problem as before some items were loading correctly in the homepage but not all. I have already emailled about this but the designer is asking I pay for support on a broken site which I am reluctant to do. If you could make exception to my exceptional case I would be greatful. Hello Agni, I emailed you a while ago about this and the email contains login details I created for you to login to my word press… As you can see not all projects load in the homepage… There are still large grey blocks showing the background where projects should go… My email was from kthapar01@outlook.com or hello@future-productions.com

Hello Agni, I have just emailled you.
I also messaged on Themforest and have attached screenshots of the issues. Basically you can see in the portfolio there are two missing projects that should be on the homepage. Also there are blank spaces as the page fails to load fully there are grey spaces (see pictures).

Hello thanks for the fix… They seem to load now but only if someone knows to resize the page after everything has finished loading… On a mobile phone everything loads fine… So I’m at a loss as to why on my browsers the content is missing still… I think the site is still broken… Which settings did you change so I know what to do? It’s a shame you have to resize the window as the files are loading in the window to see more all projects…

hello, I bought this Fortun template a few days ago, there are a few things I want to customize but they don’t seem to be in the default settings. like one of the menu width settings if I choose the 5th header style, I can’t find the settings to adjust the width of the side menu. and also the content on the right, becomes disproportionate in size. or is there a demo page with the 5th header style? because I see that in all the default demos, no one uses the 5th header style.

Hi, I have an issue with the portfolio items and the filter. If I disable navigation it only loads some items in the filter setting “all”. If I change the category in the filter it doesnt show any item anymore. Loogking forward to your help. Thanks
