does importing demo delete what i already have?

Thanks for taking an interest! First of all, we do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
Also as our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.’

I got these message how do i update theme my current version is 1.2
“your theme (Arredo) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:

Love the theme. Just some minor, yet still urgent as this is a client job, problems:
1. When I share my website’s url on social medias such as Facebook, as well as team platforms like Microsoft Teams, the thumbnail that pops up is the theme’s and not mine. I did the obvious and used Yoast SEO’s settings to upload the relevant image but still have the problem.
2. My icons, slider arrows and social media logos, keep breaking on the first load. I feel part of that problem is because there might be a Slider Revolution and WPBakery Block Builder updates however, I do not have the licenses. So when will you be upgrading the theme?

Thanks for writing in! 1. Please navigate to Arredo Options > Social Networks > Open Graph and upload your image over there.
2. Please note that those plugins does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hello, my Support is expired but i need to fix my problem as soon as possible. I dont want to change core codes in arredo theme. It has to be solved on your end. I hope this one happened before. The header menu has many menu thats why it goes like that. I dont want to remove some menu from my header menu.

i buy arredo and find this in theme – our theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the custom woocommerce / archive-product.php template as woocommerce.php takes precedence over archive-product.php. This is to avoid appearance problems. Bypasses arredo / woocommerce / content-product.php, arredo/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.phpversion 3.6.0 has expired. The basic version is 4.0.0, arredo / woocommerce / product-searchform.php, arredo/woocommerce/single-product/related.phpversion 3.0.0 is expired. The basic version is 3.9.0

Interested in purchasing either this or Tonda from Select Themes but I am having second thoughts after the comments here. There seems to be no timely release of updates to your customers. Yes, COVID-19 is obviously an understandable situation but most developers are working from home aren’t they? There has been no update to accommodate a major release from WooCommerce with Version 4.x. What guarantee is there that this or Tonda would receive any future updates?
