1.) The theme is translation ready which means it comes with .pot translation files, but you will need to use a separate translation tool to translate. For multiple languages I recommend the “WPML” plugin which is the standard for WordPress

Isn’t it possible to add custom fields and fill in the ApiKey – PropKey as well as RoomID related to Bed24? Are you not aware of this possibility or is it impossible?

Integration with Bed24 just isn’t something any user has ever asked for to be honest. It would most likely take a lot of development time to integrate and the demand doesn’t seem to be there currently. There also doesn’t appear to be any developer documentation explaining how to integrate with their API, so I don’t think it would even be possible for me to do this unfortunately, sorry.

Buongiorno Visto il tema e le varie recensioni sono interessato ad acquistare Soho Hotel Booking per la gestione dei miei appartamenti, una domanda per la sincronizzazione con le ota con (iCal), visto che le varie OTA sincronizzano i calendari ogni 5/6 ore o più, è previsto un tasto di aggiornamento in modo che dal calendario del sito si possa aggiornare tutti i calendari?

And yes there is a manual sync button, so you can sync booking data any time you wish.

This should be basic information. why i have to buy theme again to know basic information? Block booking dates used to be in the menu, now after new update it isnt. So should I buy theme again after every update? I understand when i have customization question I would open ticket.

I dont see that its covered there. I need to block dates so that customer cant reserve those dates in booking form. That option was in admin menu before, dont see it anymore.

To block a date you just need to add a booking. The “Block date” feature was removed in an update over a year ago since it’s basically just duplicating the booking functionality.

You can sync booking data with other platforms such as booking.com and Airbnb using iCal which is built into Soho Hotel. If you just want to link to another platform, yes you can add a standard href link to your webpage to do this. It’s not possible to integrate other payment platforms beyond whats already available though.

Theme is not working with wordpress 5.6 and I tried contacting support but no response. atfer upgrading, site doesnt show properly on laptop but maintains good interface on mobile phone. kind of getting disappointed

Fast question, if I add second hotel and want show second hotel rooms at booking form, is it possible to make booking form with second hotel category only? Some reason my booking form settings are blank white when I open them. Cant see or change any setting at booking form tab.

Hello, i read theme was ok for upgrade to Wordpress 5.6, but for me i have now a bug with my galleries picture on all accomodation pages, which are not displaying anymore. I’m using Media Grid to display my pictures. I have only upgraded wordpress to 5.6 and yoast seo plugin, nothing else, can you check compatibility wordpress 5.6 with this theme module please ?
All my apologies it’s not a problem with theme/wordpress 5.6 !!! but come from WP-Optimize 3.1.4 plugin ! Minify CSS JavaScript or HTML can cause this problem, and i certainly have it since few days… I didn’t see it because certainly i don’t clean cache/history browser before checking effect on my website. Theme is very good, users not so much sometime

I tested the “Masonary Media Grid” and “Media Grid” elements, and both are working fine for me in WordPress 5.6.
I’d recommend you:
1.) Make sure you’re running the latest version of the theme
2.) The latest version of all plugins
3.) Try disabling plugins which did not come packaged with the theme
4.) Clear your web browser cache, and any cache plugins you’re running

Sorry for disturbing you for problem not from the theme, but finally come from update wordpress to 5.6. To solve the problem after wordpress 5.6 update, I just disable “Minify” from WP-Optimize plugin, purge all the cache pages, then when i enable “Minify” with exactly the same settings for css html javascript than before wordpress update, everything was displaying fine now. Thank you very much

Thanks for reply but when there is option to pay at arrival then there should be option to put deposit off or to 0% on theme option. not interested to buy theme again for 1 question so i could make ticket on your page.
Soho Hotel does have options to charge any amount of deposit you want, you can edit this in the payment settings.
However for further assistance with this, or your other question about site health, you will need to open a support ticket.

Thanks for response. At payment getaways I see Deposit Percentage ( ) minimal is 1 , cant put it to 0%, sry.
If you want to charge nothing at the point of booking the key is to:
1.) Set the deposit amount to 100%
2.) Switch off all payment gateways
Then the system will just quote the price to the customer and allow them to book without paying anything.

Tried that now. It shows 100% deposit but allows to book. So its not a good solution, I guess I have to remove deposit somehow else. Allow deposit on/off would be nice option.

If the above suggestion doesn’t work for you then I don’t think I’m clear what it is you’re trying to do. Would you mind providing more details? Do you want to take bookings without the customer paying anything? or something else?

At this moment only payment I need is “pay on arrival” option. So deposit is not needed at all.
Ok then the previous solution suggested will allow you to do this, set the deposit to 100% and switch off all payments except pay on arrival and you’re good to go.

When i put deposit 100%, then in booking step 3 it shows deposit 100% in left box where price is. So it doesnt work. Tried it sripe and paypal plugins turned off too.
So you just need to remove the deposit message in that case:
