Hi, I really love your theme at desktop version but not too happy with the mobile version.. the banner in desktop is landscape, but in mobile version they are cropped and change to portrait.. is it possible to make the mobile version banners still have the remain resolution without crop it?

When importing demo content, I’m stuck at 80% and unable to move forward with numerous attempts. I have set everything properly recording PHP and everything seems to be fine and correct. On server side aswell

Oh sorry for the misunderstanding. :)

The category page title image is rendered from the title image on your default shop page. You will find on your shop page settings Mikado Title where you can change the image.

Can we use this them with multi language pluging ? And i need a multi device pricing, exemple EURO + CAD ?

When it comes to multi-currency you should know that there is no option within the theme, however possibly you could achieve this with some WooCommerce official extension.

Hi, I’m interested in this theme but I have to know one thing before eventually buying it.

I’ve seen some demos, and they are pretty good. There’s a big “but”, though: when i look to the mobile version, I can’t see the login link, which would be quite a big issue.

How do you implement that into the mobile header? I assume that this login link on the black section of the header is a widget – does it work on mobile in the same way as it does on desktop? Wouldn’t be good if it doesn’t.

Sadly, if you add the Login widget to the Mobile menu/header, it breaks for some reason. Also, the same widget doesn’t show up on the sticky menu.

Theme has been bought by a colleague of mine, we like how the website is shaping up to be but we need to solve those two issues.

Hello, i didn’t realize i needed to deactivate my on my WP account before it was reset. Is there a way to remove the license after the reset? if not, can you provide an alternative way to reset? thank you. www.thecollectiveb.com. this website has been moved and can not be restrated until i can enter the purchase code on new hosting. thanks. also there should be a way to do that on our own in the support center – like other themes offer.

hello since your last update the loading time is so slow for the whole theme. f.ex. in the top bar menue the submenus open in slow motion, the product loading needs 3-4 seconds more and the quick view needs around 7 seconds to open. Can you please fix this in another update? And you promised to add/fix the quick view premium version to your update because the premium version is still not working. Would be nice to get an answer.

When it comes to Instagram we can only guess as we do not have enough information. Anyway, could you check if you have updated the latest version of the theme and its plugins? If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

Please check in Biaggiotti Options > Social Networks > Open Graph if you have added your image.

My colleague (Szamosi András ev.) bought the biagiotti theme from you and installed it on a test domain from which we deleted the files and now we are unable to deregister the theme. Where can we write about this? We would also send the domain in question and the purchase code there.

Hi support MIKADO I have an issue with licence, I buy the Biagotti theme a long time ago for my client “Mimyluxury.com” and i never created the website for him. Now the client come back to me with the New name “Lewis Browart.com” and the licence doesn’t work because the licence are already use.

Can you tell me what can i do please ?

I try to ask you this question on your support but i can’t i have buy the theme 1 year ago.

Another question, I see a lot of comments about the import of the demos, and it seems that the problem is long ago, can you assure me that I will not waste time with support and waiting to import the content of the demo?

Your import of demo content described as it is in your documentation is not working. Three times I tried it, and all three times it failed and got stuck. Now I am worried about multiple copies of data that got imported until getting stuck at 40% and in same time not having demo content imported at all. All php requirements are okay and everything else is done and installed/configured as you mention in documentation. Yet uploading demo data from Biagiotti is not working
