So i have some frustration here. we have been customer to qode and bridge thru varies account during almost 8 years. As far as we understand it, this is not a template that we can go in and edit. i have to build the page first and then edit with elementor. So the reason we choose this theme looked really nice and the metro demo was perfect for us. We feel very stressed and disappointed about our customer journey with you is there any way can easily get the metro demo the way it looks on the web sales page?

We have come to the conclusion of wanting to have a refund. Its just to many thing thats not ok.

First, in my pre buy question asked about video instead of image does not seem to be easy changeable with out knowing coding

Second for over one week we have been trying to get support, yes you answer going to answer… one have to calculate the each question going to take two days to solve…so 5 questions becomes a long time. i understand that you have a lot to do, which you mention in support…but that is not the customers problem…today everyone is having a tough time.

Third its not a template that one can edit with elementor., one have (in our case metro version) one has to edit a mason gallery (without elementor), the home page has to be edited with the slider rev….or going in to each mason gallery item (very confusing to know which is which and not edit with elementor)

Lastly The theme looks good but its not an easy editable theme…

All this together actually makes us more disappointed than angry…we have been customers for so long time but this just is not right.

Please refund us we dont have time for continuing this process.

We are sorry you feel this way. As our agent explained, this page is created with the Masonry Gallery widget. You can use Elementor to edit its layout, like you would for any other widget, but this content is not created with Elementor. We have a lot of custom widgets that our pages are created with, and you can use Elementor to edit their layout and combine them on your pages the way you want to.

Regarding the changing image to video, this is not possible because this widget displays the image from the Masonry Gallery item. Modifying this would require additional coding, but this falls out of our support scope.

About our response time, we are not working at full capacity right now given the circumstances under which we are operating and it takes a little longer to respond to each request. We also know that this is not the customers’ fault, and we are trying our best to answer each request in the shortest possible time. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks for taking an interest Our theme uses regular Elementor which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo website. No need for the Elementor Pro version.

Our options that are within the theme are wide and you do have our themes header and footer options which you can use.

You can always consider using Elementor Pro, but in order to be able to achieve this please understand that our theme has already predefined styles for header and footer, as well as our theme options for the same, so it will require you to edit the theme files which falls out of our support scope. You can read more about it here.

“regular Elementor which is more than enough to achieve anything” This is not true. And what about users which need paid plan of elementor? So please answer: is your theme working with elementor pro or not? simple question.

Because elementor pro supports more elements, provide more options and you can show/hide elements for example based on user role, user status (logged in/logged out) and you have a lot of more styling options in your pagebuilder. Most advanced options are only possible in elementor pro pagebuilder.

And more: Elementor pro supports custom post template builder.

So if we use your theme we will stuck with elementor free edition and are not able to update to elemementor pro options, right?

We do understand your wish to use the Elementor Pro, however, our theme has a specific design and specific features that you can use for sure and achieve anything you do see presented on our demo page.

The theme will work with Elementor Pro widgets if you wish to use them, however, it is a matter of the Pro custom header and footer colliding with our themes header and footer options. So if this is something that you will wish to integrate please understand that you will need to edit the theme files for this.

Our theme does have a specific design and features that you can use and this is what we are proud of and really put a effort into developing our themes.
