It seems that, at some point, it slows down because it’s looking for some JS files from some wrong pats, which give 400 errors.

The page hangs until it doesn’t load all the content, so technically, this blocks the loading until it goes in timeout.

Generally speaking your site is extremely fast, this lets me thing that probably, in some particular page, there are wrong/old paths cached in the source code. They don’t load of course, and the ajax loading hangs will it times out.

You may have caching plugin in WP or caching layer in the server like LiteSpeed or similar, which may require purging.

I’ll schedule some tests to try reproducing the issue on our test environment.

Also, are you sure you’re not using third party WooCommerce extensions of some sort? They may be trying to load scripts which are not loaded in Ajax, leading to the mentioned problem straight away.

I noticed that your video also contain a problem with the ‘price slider’ FILTER BY PRICE on Shop page (0:32sec) – it displays only numbers instead of a slider – this is the source of the conflict. This URL is extremely strance, as is not being loaded from any wordpress, theme or plugin path. it should not get any file from there. Are you sure there is not any wrong htaccess setting, custom plugin or edited source file?

I deleted custom css, no extra plugins, clean WP htaccess. What I noticed is when I am logged in, Ajax is not working, then there are no errors, everything works beautifully and quickly. However, after logging out, when Ajax starts to work, there are errors that you have experienced yourself. Problem exists on Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Additionally, Firefox shows a message about a non-standard ‘zoom’ function, high use of ‘will-change’ and something about antiphishing.js

Only I don’t have W3TC and the installation was clean from scratch. I also checked Demo 10 and it has exactly the same javascript bugs that I have, e.g. price-slider, add to cart variation. Perhaps this is due to changes made to jquery.min.js

I don’t know what’s going on but Kentha has some bugs and display some warnings. Both in Elementor and WP Bakery. When ajax is turned off, everything runs smoothly and without warnings. After enabling ajax for playback continuos I get bugs both on your demo site and on my website with clean install without other plugins then nessesary.

Your new theme Pro.radio works great, fast and without any warnings. Is it possible to change the player so that it functions like in Pro.radio – with the popup option? This would make it possible to disable ajax on pages and speed up the loading.

Hi, some plugin updates have been released including ajax page load. The new Elementor reloads autonomously with ajax websites, so our plugin was executing again its functions. This was most possibly the cause of your issues. I’d suggest updating the plugins as it may fix the problem mentioned before.

Haven’t noticed there is a plugins update in the Kentha panel. There is an improvement after updating – the error ‘owl.carousel-min.js.map’ has disappeared. Great. Thank you. The error “price-slider-min.js.map” still exists. The warning appears on every page after logging out and enabling ajax. Could you please locate it and fix it? The problem with “price-slider-min.js.map” is most likely related to some conflict with Woocommerce. After WC deactivating warning does not appear.

Ok, possibly plugins are changing way to load some scripts, as Elementor did, so a new update will also fix this one.

Why does the page load faster when I am logged in (without displaying the spinner and background from the second menu? After logout, when ajax is running, the background and spinner appear, and the page loads slower.

w3 total cache will do the trick. But do not use JS or CSS minification. You can use HTML minification and caching, this will take care of the queries. Set a cache expiration of 5 minutes. You should not care about total page requests, but of total requests per minute, which depends on number of visitors per minute and number of pages.

I have tried W3TC already, but even with css and js minification disabled, the site did not work properly. I currently have WP Optimize and it works OK. Additionally, WP Performance Score Booster for Leverage Browser Cache and static content.

Hi, I having a problem with background attachment: fixed in Elementor. A background-image of a section is fixed per background-attachment: fixed, when I open the page in Safari the background-image of the section starts flickering and jumping to the extreme. Thank you for checking. As I can see in the attached video, unfortunately you also have this problem – lack of full smoothness of sliding in places where there is parallax. The problem is known for Safari users. I still have to check if the problem occurs on WP Bakery Page Builder.

That’s a free plugin so it’s totally worth testing. Also, it appears to work server side, so it’s more likely to work with Ajax.

But please, remember that in the music albums (not in th eproducts) track prices are added in the theme features and not in the product. So, this plugin won’t work on them. This regards only the Music albums, not woocommerce products.

I understand but people using woocommerce are probably 0.05% of our total customers, and people selling in multi-coin is probably 0.0001% so this may eventually cost a lot in terms of development and not bring advantage to everybody.

Let’s say the music industry is not exactly prosperating with this covid story. The development cost is about 70€/hour. Integrating a plugin that takes 3 days of work or more, means a month is cut away from the yearly incomes, at advantage of a single customer.

For example: 5:05 in waveform indicate there music would me quieter… but it doesn’t happen. Music only got quieter in 5:36.

Another thing… after waveform ends, music keeps going.

It looks like waveform is stretched smaller than actual music length.

I see what you mean, there is a 10 seconds delay between the waveform and the actual audio cue. Think this is a mathematical discrepancy caused by a delay of the graphic function. We can fix it using some testing and a small math “cheat” to fill the gap. Thanks for noticing.

Hi, I was working myself on this problem and is more of a mathematical thing. I see why it happens and I’ll try to explain in a few words.

The waveform is calculated mathematically in 500 peaks. Then the width is divided by 500 and rounded. Then each peak is spaced by 1 px

This, makes the width of each peak uniform.

This rounding makes the design nice and uniform among the peaks. But also, if the track is short, you can see a discrepancy among the position of a peak and the point in the audio.

I just did a test without the ROUND function, so each peak has a floating value to be precisely where it should be.

It’s 100% accurate but the appearance is not elegant, so, as the issue happens mostly on tracks that are below 3 minutes, we are going to leave it as it is.

In exchange I’ve found a way to make the animation much smoother and not “jumpy”, so there will be anyway a nice improvement.

The fact is, to be accurate 100% and ALSO elegant, we should calculate MANY more peaks. This would become much heavier and slower, so the performance would result compromised.

As only certain tracks suffer for a discrepancy and is not more than a few seconds, it is not useful to double the amount of peaks.

About the complexity itself, this theme is the most complete out there for the music, so indeed it may have more controls over each element than other simpler themes.

With more control, it comes more complexity, a bit like comparing a F1 car steering wheel with a regular car one’s. There is technically no workaround to provide more control while leaving less “buttons and settings”

I get that. But there are those that might use this theme for other things. Like a podcast show and not music. I see more potential in this design.

I have decided to just move on and lesson learned. Say what you will, but this code in this did not work for me and I don’t feel I needed to disable plugins just to get your code to work. You clearly did not read all my comments. Very disappointed and will just move on. This was a waste of my time and money. A theme I will never use again!
