I want to add products with custom layout, but I can just find shop elements, no product page elements when I build a custom product layout block with UX builder. Can you help?I can not post a support ticket.

I would like hide the backround image for a specific page, but this does not work because the background image is processed in the html and not in the body. how can we solve this?

example: html .page-id-80295 {background-image: none;} does not work.

I also have a bug in the new version 3.13.1 wordpress: 5.6 when trying to edit page with ux builder PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method ReflectionType::getName() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/flatsome/inc/builder/core/server/src/Services/Container.php:104

You need to have PHP v7.3+. Please contact your hosting provider to update it or consider to switch to another host. There are not many hosting companies run only PHP 7.0.

This issue is related to WordPress itself, not Flatsome or WooCommerce. There are some workarounds to play animated gifs as featured images. You need to Google it or contact a professional.

1. Can you guys please check why every update your theme conflicts with “eForm plugin”? Every time it’s new battle to get it to work, too many jQuery conflicts please please help to fix this… *(I can provide the plugin for testing if needed) btw the plugin itself works with other themes fine but not with yours :(

2. With the latest update, WooCommerce shop page have some new conflicts too, the “FILTER BY PRICE” is not showing properly, it just says “Price – ” nothing else & not clickable

3. Every update the footer widgets disappear or move location! please fix this, it starts to be very frustrating to correct it after every update!

4. Also after every update translations from WPML disappear, this too is super frustrating to correct every update. why is this happening?

5. Every page have over 50 errors saying: “Undefined index: width” & “Undefined index: height” any idea why or how to fix this?

So the answer was that it’s bugs and you will not consider this because I don’t have support time anymore?

If this are bugs in your theme that you introduced with the new update I still need to pay for support for you to fix/consider them?

Hi. Is there any way to limit end customer the scope of modification of the page layout, or mainpage for example ?

I mean, in most cases after some period of time the end clients modifying the layout so much the webshop starts looking really ugly, you know what I mean, your plugin has so many features, settings etct people who get such tool in their hands can spoil a lot in a short period of time

Is there any way to build a webshop using your Theme and after the job is don to limit somehow it to specific features like for example changing banners, text on them etc. but not doing a mess by removing sections or changing them so much (in a bad way) the whole webshop just stops represent this what I gave my end customer …... Just question.

Many of us webshop designers putting ours backlinks in the footer to our business pages to show the people that we have built that webshop and after period of time this what our potential customers may see on such webshops just does not represent the quality we gave to our end customer. So I am looking for a solution to protect somehow the quality of my work and let my end customers limited possibilities of breaking this what was built. Is it possible somehow ? I mean limit possibilities of your UX Builder (after I finish the project).

This tool is No 1 in my opinion but for a webshop designers, not for most of the end clients, they are so ovelhelmed amount of the settings ,possibilities etc they spoil this what was build quite fast

I mean by default is horizontal not vertical as he does. I can’t find the way to make each attribute vertical

Suddenly I have to create an Envato token. I registered it and then I get the message that I wouldn’t have bought a license when I have 3 licenses. I’m logged in to Envato with the correct account, so it can’t be due to that!

The “The provided token doesn’t seem to have Flatsome as a purchased item” message means the system couldn’t find Flatsome among the purchased items with the current account you’ve created the token.

Please log out from both build.envato.com and themeforest.com, log in to themeforest.com, check if Flatsome exists in the list of the purchased items, navigate to this link, log in with the same credentials as your themeforest.com account (which you purchased Flatsome) and create the token again.
