I have disable all reference to porto-content-types.php in plugin porto-functionality\porto-functionality.php resolve issue, to activate plugin. Not really a solution. Could you check this?

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the Theme officially with PHP 8 till now, so you have to use PHP 4 for now, until we will test and release the update of the Theme as compatible with PHP 8.
Please Login in to your site via CPanel and edit the file general.php under wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions and change the { } braces with [ ] braces on line 178, save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins as well.
And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 06/06/2020. According to Envato’s support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

I am sorry for that, and I am forwarding this to our development department for fixing it with upcoming updates of the Theme.
Regarding plugin, there is no such issue in the latest Theme, and nor any of the customers reported such issue, the issue is only on your site and you have to debug it. Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins and also delete the Porto Functionality plugin and Install again and check back.

Regarding the customize options, It is not disappeared, you just hide it and you can easily take it back again, Now if you hover over Porto you will find (Theme Options) and (Advanced Options) right, So if you click on Theme Options it will take you to the Live Theme Options Panel as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNS4ld.png and under Live Theme Options Panel you will find all the Theme Options, and If you go to Advanced Options, you will find only a Couple of Options as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNSSiI.png that is all, the customize options are not disappeared but only changed its places, But if you do not like this you can simply change it to the old Theme Options by clicking on the old panel button as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNV6gj.png Then all of the Theme Options will again come back as old Theme Options and the Advanced Options will disappear as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNVJZD.png and now if you want the Live Theme Options back again then you can simply switch it by cliking on the Live options as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/IhNWdHP.png This is how it workes, Hope its all clear now.

It is working fine for me and for all the other Customers, and I am sorry but there is no other way.
Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure, it will help you in solving your issue, and if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and then share your site WP-Admin Login details and the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization via our support system, so that we will check it for you on your site.
|. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

This seems to be that you are using Elementor Pro Custom Footer or Header feature, That is a Premium plugin feature and it does not work with the Theme default Header and Footer, so you have to turn OFF that Premium plugin feature and use the Theme default Header and Footer and create your own with the help of Theme Options, so please contact Elementor Pro plugin support for it, Otherwise deactivate the plugin and use the free version of the plugin which came with prepackaged with the Theme.

Can you please make sure by going into WP-Dashboard >> Setting >> General and make sure that site URL is set there as HTTPS if you are using the SLL certificate on your site, and if not then please change your site URL as HTTPS from HTTP there and save changes and then check your site after removing the browser cache.

I want to ask for help, my Porto theme looks like is not working properly with Elementor (Pro, updated). When starting editing any page, Elementor frontend editor loads good, but frontend page which I want to edit is not loaded. After deactivating plugins, the issue is still there. Elementor works after deactivating Porto theme. Did anyone have similar issue? Thank you a lot.

I am sorry but this is not possible as there is no such option the Theme provides, you can only set the JPG and PNG images for logo only, so this requires customization. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend to contact our customization team or hire a developer.

If you want to resize the Logo image, then simply copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache.
